2-room penthouse 30 m2 on 4th floor. Partly renovated in 2020, beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm). Kitchenette (oven, 2 induction hot plates, microwave). Shower/WC. No heating option. Upper floor: (steep stair) gallery with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 94 - 170 cm with 1 bed. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Location Description Narbonne-Plage

Narbonne-Plage with its magnificent white sandy beach is situated near the farmous Languedoc regional park "Massif de la Clape". Well known for its water sports. Family-friendly bathing resort, 80 km north from Perpignan, 165 km south-east from Toulouse, 105 km south from Montpellier. To visit: Narbonne and its historical monuments with the Halles dating from 1901, the cathedral and its treasures, the VIa Domitia. The Domaine de l'Hospitalet, 7 kms, in the La Clape mountains and ist 52 hectares of AOC vineyards coteaux du languedoc. The Clauses honey farm, in Montseret, as the honey is just as important as the wine in Aude.

Sandy beach, 5 km long. Heated outdoor swimming pool. Waterpark "AQUAJET". Sports harbour de Narbonne-Plage. Sailing school. Tennis (5 outdoor courts). Riding. Fishing. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Children's playground, leisure park "PIRAT PARK à Gruissan" 12 km. Nightly market in June, July and August. Numerous fish restaurants. Mountain bike and hiking trips in the Clape Mountain range. The heated swimming pool is situated in the "Eva Sport" centre which also has a gym.

Appartement correct niveau superficie, belle vue sur mer qui compense les 4 étages à monter et bien situé. Douche assez petite mais qui pour nous n'a pas posé problème. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de lave linge et que la propreté n'était pas au rdv lors de l'entrée dans le logement car le ménage n'avait pas été fait. Un local à vélo sécurisé serait le bienvenu pour les personnes apportant les leurs .!!!

Le matelas de la mezzanine est très mauvais et a largement fait son temps. L étendoir du linge ne tient pas debout. Vous ne pourrez pas y étendre votre linge si vous faites une machine. Le canapé a egalement fait don temps... L aspirateur est un gadget qui ne permet pas d aspirer le tapis. Si vous êtes allergique au acariens n allez pas dans la mezzanine car un tapis s y trouve et n est pas aspiré convenablement. Le seul plus est la vue.

Appartement idéalement situé à 200m de la plage, des commerces et restaurants, quartier calme, au 4e sans ascenseur, avec place de parking. La cage d'escalier est ouverte et des hirondelles y nichent mais du coup aucun moustique. L'appartement est rénové, bien équipé, très bien pour nous (2 personnes). Exposition parfaite avec soleil le matin côté balcon, depuis lequel il y a une vue imprenable sur une partie de la plage et la mer. Très bon séjour dans cet appartement que je recommande.
