Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french beds. 1 room with 2 beds. Small, open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with 2 beds. Shower. Electric heating. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture. Facilities: iron. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Die Anlage können wir unbedingt empfehlen. Zwei Pools, Bouleplatz, Minigolf, Spielplatz, sehr kinderfreundlich. Unser Haus bot auch kostenfreies WLAN, was nicht in der Hausbeschreibung erwähnt war. Der Canal du Midi ist mit dem Hafen von Homps nur eine Minute entfernt. Zum Strand von Gruissan sind es 47 km. Zu empfehlen sind Ausflüge ins mittelalterliche Dorf Minerve und nach Carcasson. Toll ist auch der Dienstagsmarkt in Olonzac. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft für Familien, Pool ausreichend. Sehr netter Service. Da wir zum Ende der Ferien gebucht hatten, könnten wir den Pool für uns fast alleine nutzen. Tolle Landschaft mit vielen Möglichkeiten...

Prettige woning die redelijk koel bleef met het warme weer. Fijne tuin om in te zitten. De bedden zijn wel hard. De kamers zijn best ruim en op de bovenverdieping was een tweede badkamertje met douche. Helaas was bij ons na 2 dagen het toilet beneden stuk (knop om door te spoelen) en was dit pas 4 dagen later opgelost waardoor we ons moesten behelpen met doorspoelen met een emmer water. Wel orettig dat toilet en badkamer los waren van elkaar. Park is heel fijn. Niet te groot, mooi aangelegd, fijn zwembad en dicht bij het centrum, de haven en het meer. Vriendelijke receptie. De wifi waa de eerste 2 dagen perfect. Daarna hebben we bijna geen wifi meer gehad (was toen drukker op het park, ik weet niet of dat ermee samen hing)

Perfect plekje! Heerlijk genoten, ruime woning en super overkapping waar we lekker konden zitten. Schoon, wat erg prettig was Alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt qua keuken Heerlijk zwembad Geweldige omgeving Heel behulpzaam bij de receptie en geduldig met onze vragen, niks was teveel Zou zeker terug gaan

La résidence est bien accueil avec la réception rien à dire ils sont agréables sauf des propriétaires qu'ils ont acheté une maison dans la résidence tu en as qui sont pas agréables avec les vacanciers ou sinon à part ça tout est nickel les personnes de la réception ils sont agréables sont là pour toute question et réponse j'ai rien à dire à l'accueil nickel

Lovely house in a very safe, clean and well maintained holiday park. Pro: The house and garden were lovely and the grounds were immaculately maintained. The kids loved the football pitch. Contra: The swimming pool was closed despite the site saying it was open until November 1st. This really took the shine off our holiday as it was one of the main reasons we chose the park. It should really have resulted in a refund. We had some really warm sunny days as well so this was very frustrating. The houses WiFi also wasn't working which was another disappointment with 3 kids in tow. The lack of an oven was also puzzling, a dishwasher seemed a waste of space when an oven would have been much more useful for a week stay.

Firstly we have twin. girls of 12 years old and a 10 year old and all they complained about, was that the Wi Fi didn’t work at all. For the duration of our stay, the restaurant was only open at the weekend. Also there was a dishwasher where the oven should have been so we couldn’t do any cooking as not everything can not be cooked in a microwave, so that was very disappointing, all though the girls did enjoy the swimming pool. All in all not very good, I’m sorry to say.

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Zimmeraufteilung ist gut. Leider nur 1 Toilette, da sie aber separat ist, gut machbar. Als wir da waren, waren die Temperaturen um die 40°C - es gibt nur Ventilatoren in allen Schlafzimmern und leider keine Klimaanlage. Schlafen war daher fast nicht möglich, obwohl die Matratzen bequem und gut sind - aber für das Wetter kann ja niemand etwas. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Der Pool schön, leider wenige Liegen und wenig Schatten.

Le jardin impeccable propre et entretenu L’intérieur de la maison laisse à désirer au niveau du ménage qui n’est pas contrôler avant l’arrivé des nouveaux locataires (alors que nous avons payé 130 € pour le ménage fin de séjours) c’est chère pour une maison sale à l’arrivée Les chaises de jardins cassées ( 3 sur 8 ) Pas assez de verres pour une location de 8 personnes. Le bar pourrait être sympa mais il est tellement en bordel que nous n’avons pas envie d’aller consommer.

Peu de personnel, propreté des lieux communs et du logement laissant à désirer mais convivial et sympathique et idéalement situé par rapport au village et aux sites d'intérêts. Parking privé et excellent matelas, le reste est plus qu'à rafraîchir.

Sauberes Haus und angenehme Atmosphäre. Der Pool war für die Kinder toll. In 15 Gehminuten waren wir am See und waren fast alleine unter uns.

Le volet du salon ne fermait pas , gênant quand deux lits s y trouvent . Et le chauffo un peu petit pour 8 , 2 personnes ont du se laver à l eau froide avec pourtant une répartition des douches matin et soirée. Sinon très bien tout était conforme et en bon état.
