1-room terraced house 25 m2 on 2 levels. Fully renovated in 2015: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (113 cm), TV (flat screen). Kitchenette (2 hot plates, oven, microwave). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: gallery with rooflight with 1 french bed (140 cm). Terrace 12 m2, west facing position. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Nearby attractions: Réserve Africaine de Sigean 29 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in narbonne Plage, 6 km. Near the Mateille lake. Shops 200 m in season.

Location Description Gruissan

The Clape mountain range over 15000 hectares overlooks the resort of Gruissan, an area classified natural heritage. Several trekking and mountain bike paths in the middle of the "guarrigue" (local vegatation type). Rock climbing site. A market is held 3 times a week in the old town. Lovely fine sandy beaches. The Cathare country, former home of the Knights Templar, is to the gates of Gruissan (castle, wine trails...). Quiet, family-friendly, medieval village, directly by the sea, 15 km from Narbonne. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, casino, evening entertainment. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, massage. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.

Sandy beach, gently sloping. Outdoor swimming pool. Sports harbour. Sailing school. Tennis (15 outdoor courts, 1 indoor court). Minigolf. Riding. Beach volleybally court, summer tobbogan run. Hiking paths, climbing. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, bicycles for hire. Leisure park. Area famous for windsurfing (French "fun board" championship). An indoor swimming pool with balneo area will be opening in 2011.

La casita en si está bien, pequeñita, pero bien para pasar unos días, la zona genial está todo cerca, playas, lagos, bares, super. Lo malo es que al llegar encontramos la terraza y parte del camino de atrás lleno de agua, había una fuga en la terraza y no sabíamos dónde estaba la llave de paso. Suerte de algún vecino que se percató y al amanecer, vimos una baldosa de la terraza quitada con llave de agua parada. Cuando vas de vacaciones esperas encontrarlo todo bien. Mala gestión.

Die Unterkunft hatte alles, was man benötigt. Sie ist nicht groß, wussten wir aber vorher, reicht aber allemal aus, da man sich sowieso nur zum Schlafen innen aufgehalten hat. Leider war sie sehr sehr schmutzig, nach unserer Ankunft, mussten wir erstmal selber eine Komplettreinigung durchführen. Teller und Besteck waren schmierig, Kissen total durchgeschwitzt, der Boden komplett schmutzig, unterm Bett befand sich eine große Staubschicht und das gesamte Bad war absolut wiederlich.

l'appartement est bien équipé sauf qu'il est dommage de ne pas avoir un ventilateur à disposition puisqu'il n'y a aucune climatisation et qu'une plaque de cuisson fonctionne sur les deux. La literie est correct, sauf que la chambre est mansardée, elle se situe sous le toit en mezzanine et l'escalier est très dangereux, il serait judicieux d'ajouter une photo de l'escalier sur l'annonce. La salle de bain est très petite ainsi que l'ouverture de la douche.La terrasse et appréciable est fermée.

Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de ventilateur car il faisait très chaud la nuit et il manquait un parasol sur la terrasse. L'appartement est bien pour deux personnes et trop petit pour quatres personnes
