Bathroom, sep. WC. No heating option. Balcony 5 m2, north-east facing position. Terrace furniture. View of the port. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Nearby attractions: Réserve Africaine de Sigean 29 km. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Narbonne Plage, 10 km. Additional accommodations can be booked.

Location Description Gruissan

The Clape mountain range over 15000 hectares overlooks the resort of Gruissan, an area classified natural heritage. Several trekking and mountain bike paths in the middle of the "guarrigue" (local vegatation type). Rock climbing site. A market is held 3 times a week in the old town. Lovely fine sandy beaches. The Cathare country, former home of the Knights Templar, is to the gates of Gruissan (castle, wine trails...). Quiet, family-friendly, medieval village, directly by the sea, 15 km from Narbonne. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, casino, evening entertainment. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, massage. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.

Sandy beach, gently sloping. Outdoor swimming pool. Sports harbour. Sailing school. Tennis (15 outdoor courts, 1 indoor court). Minigolf. Riding. Beach volleybally court, summer tobbogan run. Hiking paths, climbing. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, bicycles for hire. Leisure park. Area famous for windsurfing (French "fun board" championship). An indoor swimming pool with balneo area will be opening in 2011.

bien situé et sécurisé, la canapé est confortable malgré le fait que cela soit un clic/clac. la vue est superbe surtout le matin avec le levé du soleil.

Appartement agréable et vue directement sur la mer. Malgré ces atouts , il serait bon de changer le clic-clac qui est utilisé en lit. J'ai connu un petit problème avec la cafetière et j'ai immédiatement informé l'Agence et le problème a été réglé très rapidement.

Super vue, proche des restaurants, proche de la plage, très agréable pour de jeunes enfants. Idéal pour des vacances sans voitures. Vélo indispensable. Appartement spacieux, le clic clac n est pas des plus confortable mais ça passe, manque une bouilloire et un grille pain pour le Petit déjeuner. Cuisine très petite. Attention Le Parking souterrain est très bas, les coffres de toit ne passent pas par contre c'est super pour remisée les vélos.
