Bath/WC. 2 terraces, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the swimming pool. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 23. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Beautiful sun terrace on the top floor with panoramic views and sea views about 200 m away.

Location Description Cap d'Agde

Family-friendly bathing resort. In the resort: shopping centre, boutiques, post office, restaurant, bar, disco, casino, concerts, evening entertainment, museum, cinema, attractions. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre. cots, high chairs etc at the Interhome local office (extra charge, according to availability, please ask at the time of booking).

Sandy beach, 14 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Pebble beach, 200 m long, steeply shelving. Bathing bay. Outdoor swimming pool. Waterpark. Sports harbour. Diving, sailing, sailing school, water skiing. Tennis (23 outdoor courts, 8 indoor courts), squash, golf course 18 hole. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing. Beach volleybally court. 16 km bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Leisure park. Bull-rings (different seasonal activities). The "Cap d'Agde" is known as the "Station Kid" because of the variety of activities on offer for children.

Die Wohnung und die Lage waren perfekt! Es haben nur evtl. Liegen für die Terrasse gefehlt! War nur eine da!

Die Lage und die Anlage selbst sind super. Das Apartment zeigt die üblichen Abnutzungsspuren. Negativ ist allerdings das Sofa gewesen. Völlig durchgesessen und verdreckt. Das muss definitiv ausgetauscht werden. Deshalb auch nur befriedigend als Gesamtbewertung. Ansonsten sind die Raumaufteilung und Einrichtung i.O. Duschbad ist modern und relativ neu.

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage mit einer Aussicht vom Balkon auf den Pool und im Obergeschoss eine schöne halb umlaufende Dachterrasse mit Aussicht Richtung Parkplatz mit Meerblick und auf der anderen Seite ebenfalls Aussicht zum Pool mit tollem Panoramablick. Der Strand und die Ladenstraße sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet und war sauber. Badezimmer sogar mit Tageslicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung wieder buchen!

Die Wohnung entsprach in puncto Sauberkeit nicht unseren und sicherlich nicht den Anspruch von interhom. Das Putzteam hat in allen Ecken der Wohnräume und schränken vergessen zu putzen. Des weiteren waren die Armaturen der Spülen nicht befestigt, was die Bedienung erschwerte. Auf dem Boden des Balkons waren noch die Pflanzen unseres letzten Besuch 2019. Geschirrschrank Schanier oben links ausgerissen und Stuhllehe ist zerfranst. Der hohen WP ist für die Whg nicht gerechtfe. U. N weiterzuempfe

La residence est tres bien tenue. Tres Belle piscine. Elle est plutot adaptee a des gens cherchant le calme. L appartement est tres bien, bon amenagement donnant une impression d espace. Les 2 chambres sont tres agreables particulierement la grande avec balcon qui surplombe cap d agde. On apercoit meme la mer. Une clim serait la cerise sur le gateau.
