Large kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers.). 1 room with 1 french bed. Bath/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Terrace, west facing position, patio. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 18 (2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 700 m, bicycle rental 300 m, bus stop "Marie Curie" 1.7 km, sandy beach "Plage Sud" 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 500 m, surf school 3 km, sailing school 6 km, tennis 300 m, riding stable 1.5 km, cycle lane 200 m. Nearby attractions: Bordeaux 60 km, Dune du Pyla 70 km, saint Emilion 60 km, Cap Ferret 70 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Lacanau

Situated in the middle of the Landes national park with its wild beach of 100 k m surrounded by forests and its lake of 200 hectares, busy, family-friendly bathing resort, 60 km north-west from Bordeaux, 80 km north from Arcachon. In the resort: supermarket, grocery, restaurant, bar, disco, casino, cinema.

In August, World surfing competition. 80 km of cycle routes. Sailing, surfing, sailing school, water skiing, canoeing. Tennis (21 outdoor courts, 2 indoor courts), squash, golf course 18 hole in l'Ardilouse, 2 more golf courses within a radius from 1 - 2 km. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground.

Ce logement est bien situé et calme. Cependant, voici certains commentaires "constructifs" qui devraient aider les propriétaires à faire beaucoup mieux: literies d'un autre âge... Matelas très mauvais état et sales. Protections des matelas vieilles et sales. Couvertures et couettes tachées, vieilles, de meme pour les oreillers qui sont aussi dus pour etre changés... Un petit effort SVP. On a eu du mal à dormir pendant 12 nuits à cause de cette literie trop vieille et vraiment peu confortable...

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und für unser Empfinden ausreichend eingerichtet. Der Gemeinschafts Pool war sauber und sehr leer. Der Strand Super Süd klasse zum Surfen und keine Probleme mit Hund. Der See bei Moutchic ist ideal zum stand up Paddeln. Auch für Familien mit Kleinkinder geeignet, da der Einstieg ins Wasser extrem flach ist. wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Einrichtung ist sehr praktisch und geschmackvoll . Von dort kann man mit dem Fahrrad den Strand, die Stadt und den See gut erreichen.

Commençons par l’essentiel, la location était sale : un lange usagé était laissé dans la poubelle, des poils de chien un peu partout dans la maison, une boule de graines indéterminée sous un meuble et une odeur de poubelle en entrant dans la maison. Nous avons utilisé l’aspirateur qui a dégagé une odeur de chien mouillé. Donc très bof… par contre la localisation est bonne et la taille de la maison est suffisante pour notre famille de 4 personnes.

Location au milieu de la pinède. Maison fonctionnelle et très agréable. Piscine de la résidence tres spacieuse. Pour aller à la plage, prévoir vélo ou voiture si vous avez des enfants. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. P.S : prévoir tapis de bain.
