Open gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (110 cm, length 190 cm), TV. Parquet floors. Terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible. Wir waren 3 Wochen mit Hund (Garten super dafür) im Haus. Das Haus war insgesamt in Ordnung, Küche schön groß und gut ausgestattet, bis auf das Besteck und es fehlte ein gutes scharfes Messer. Wohnzimmer dunkel und muffig. Das Bad entspricht leider nicht mehr dem zulässigen Standard: Duschtasse zu klein, Duschwand dreckig und kaputt, permaneter Geruch aus dem Abfluss der Duschtasse (kein Filter zum Abwasser?) Bad sollte unbedingt saniert werden! Sehr freundliche Gastgeber!

Dies wird sicherstellen, dass sie den aktuellen Standards entsprechen und Ihren Komfort erhöhen. Zusätzlich wird die Abwassersanierung durchgeführt. Des Weiteren wurde inwischen das Besteck im Haus ergänzt. Wir hoffen, dass wir Sie bald wieder begrüßen dürfen.

Entre la presentation du bien par Amivac et la réalité, il y a une grande difference. La location est presentée comme superbe propriété et excellent rapport qualité prix, ça n'est pas le cas. Il n'y pas de salle de bain, mais une salle d'eau vétuste et exigue, avec WC. Le Salon est très sombre et petit. En ce qui concerne la cuisine et la partie nuit située à l'étage, il n'y a rien a reprocher, excépté un manque de wc. Le terrain est parfait et bien clôturé. A remarquer des odeurs de fosse séptique dans la cour. Au vu du prix, on pourrait s'attendre à beaucoup mieux.

Es war gut. Mit Hund ist es sehr gut. Großes Grundstück. Die Leute sind sehr nett. Im Winter mit dem Kamin war sehr gut. Leider nur zwei deutsche Fernseh Programme. Aber durch Internet gibt es keine Probleme. Ich finde es sehr schön da.

Le charme de l’authentique dans le cadre exceptionnel qu’est la Presqu’île… Vous ne manquez de rien dans cette maison. Les propriétaires ont pensé à tout. Nous avons apprécié la grande superficie du terrain, entièrement clôturé. Pour les chiens, c’était extra !

Le jardin est très agréable et idéal pour les enfants. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et à l'écoute. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Pour la salle de bain c'est un peu juste (une seule salle d'eau avec toilettes), la cabine de douche est assez étroite. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Die Unterkunft ist feucht, Ameisen wohnen in der Hauswand und schwärmen Abends ins Wohnzimmer. Auf dem Dachboden wohnen Mäuse, die ab und zu im ersten Stockwerk zu sehen waren.
