Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Cafetière à dosettes) extra, cooking island) with bar, open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration). Sep. WC. Upper floor: gallery with sloping ceilings with satellite TV. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Shower, sep. WC. Heating. Large terrace 40 m2. Barbecue, deck chairs (10). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Very beautiful, comfortable single-family house "Les Menhirs", renovated in 2019, surrounded by trees and meadows. In the hamlet Lann Tréman 2.6 km from the centre of Ploumilliau, 5.8 km from the centre of Saint Michel-en-Grève, 7.7 km from the centre of Lannion, 6.2 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 2'500 m2 (fenced). Private: beautiful, well-kept garden 400 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool secured (10 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 03.Apr. - 27.Nov.). Table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 5 cars) on the premises. Carport. Shop 2.6 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach 6.2 km. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.

Wir waren mit sechs Erwachsenen, zwei Kleinkindern und einem Hund im großen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus. Alle haben sich sehr gut erholt , auch wegen der sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Der. Vermieter ist besonders freundlich und immer bereit zu helfen, dabei sehr zurückhaltend. Alles in Allem eine Empfehlung.

Het huis is uitgerust met alle voorzieningen die nodig zijn voor een zorgeloze vakantie. De grote veranda met tafel voor tien personen is zeker een meerwaarde. Door de overkapping kan er zelfs bij slecht weer worden gezwommen. De kinderen hebben genoten van de grote tuin met schommels, trampoline, tafeltennis... Goede uitvalsbasis om Bretagne te verkennen.

Schön gelegene Unterkunft mit einem sehr schönen großen Garten. Ideal für Reisende mit Hund. Etwas ab vom Schuss - Auto unbedingt notwendig. Pool ist schon etwas älter aber ordentlich. Die Immobilie ist gepflegt und der Vermieter ist sehr nett und bemüht aber nicht aufdringlich.

Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und mehr als ausreichend Platz. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Weiler und es ist sehr ruhig und dunkel, was uns alle sehr gut schlafen ließ und zur Erholung beitrug. Dazu ein sehr netter Vermieter der da war wenn er gebraucht wurde. Insgesamt war es ein toller Ort!

Es war ein ruhiges schönes Haus mit einem großen Garten und Pool, den die Kinder täglich nutzen konnten. Der Garten war eingezäunt, so dass wir die Hunde unbeschwert laufen lassen konnten. Wlan und deutsche Fernsehsender waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Ein schöner, erhalsamer Ort

We had the most wonderful family holiday at Les Menhirs. It is a light, spacious and comfortable house with great attention to detail. We really appreciated the extra fridge as there were 10 of us and the weather was warm. A lot of thought was put into ensuring all our needs were met. We were also delighted with the lovely garden and fantastic pool. We spent hours in the water and the amazing 'roof' meant we could swim in the little rain we had. There is even a covered area built in so you can change or leave your towels. The huge trampoline, swings and orchard were well used and appreciated by our four granddaughters. We all LOVED this property and hope to be back!

What a wonderful week we had at this unique country house! The gardens are beautiful! All you can hear are the birds and sometimes the local cows! The pool is wonderful and on a hot day what more do you need! Out of the upstairs windows you can see a family of goats which my 4 yr old nephew was so happy to check every morning and every evening. You can see cows too and tractors going past which made his holiday! Our host was very helpful and able to contact with just a phonecall. He even got a toy tractor for my nephew to sit on which he loved! We all had a good night sleep every night as the beds were very comfortable. there were 6 of us and there was always hot water for showers etc. The local village is 3 minutes away in the car and the bread and cakes are just WOW

Nichée dans un coin de campagne agréable et verdoyant, très proche de la mer, cette résidence a tous les atouts pour la réussite des vacances. Elle est suffisamment spacieuse pour se réunir en famille ou avec des amis et la présence d'une piscine et de jeux d'extérieur dans un grand espace clos y contribue. Tout est bien pour les grands et les petits ainsi que pour les animaux. La maison est bien équipée. Le propriétaire est prévenant et très discret. Je recommande cette location.

Amazing home, great host and in a lovely part of Brittany Pro: The house was very clean and modern and well fitted out with everything you would need. There is a gas bbq, great out side dining area, lovely garden with swings and a pool to dip after exploring the surrounding area of Brittany!\nJean is a great host and was available if needed although we didn’t see him often or until we knocked on his door. The gas bottle ran out once on the bbq and he replaced within 10 mins! Perfect service!\n Contra: The journey from England took longer than we thought, the cross channel delays didn’t help!

voilà une bien belle demeure, avec un grand jardin et une piscine bien agréable; En plus, le propriétaire est très prévenant tout en restant discret. Nous avons pasé de merveilleuses vacances! Le seul point négatif est l'agence (Interchalet), qui multiplie les imprécisions et les erreurs.

Maison typique de Bretagne récemment rénovée et modernisée avec goût. La maison comprend de très belles et spacieuses pièces de vie et de nuit. Son grand atout est l'extension vitrée de la maison qui s'ouvre totalement sur la terrasse et le jardin. Elle dispose d'une très belle cuisine tout équipée et moderne. Le carport pour le stationnement de 2 voitures est un vrai plus par mauvais temps. Nous n'oublierons pas l'accueil, la gentillesse et la discression du propriétaire.

La maison est très moderne, avec de grands espaces, une pièce à vivre très agréable où tout est fonctionnel et confortable. Le jardin est un véritable paradis pour les enfants et les ados, avec de nombreux jeux dont certains insolites! L'environnement est très calme, au milieu de grands espaces sauvages. Les balades et centres d'intérêt autour du gîte sont nombreux, le positionnement est idéal pour rayonner. Enfin, à noter l'accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire!

Das Haus steht wundervoll ruhig gelegen auf dem Land. Vor allem die Küche mit ihren neuen Geräten besticht: alles tipptopp. Der Wasser des Pools war trotz der kühlen Wetterlage dank der Abdeckung angenehm erwärmt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfbereit, Französischkenntnisse allerdings dringend empfohlen. Das Carport steht den Feriengästen nicht zur Verfügung, da der Vermieter es im Zusammenhang mit der Kelleretage selbst nutzt. Einige Renovierungsarbeiten sind noch nicht abgeschlossen

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich u hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits in ruhiger Umgebung. Ins Dorf braucht man ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Da gibt es Bäcker, Fleischer, Fischladen, Post, Restaurants, Creperie, kleiner Einkaufsladen, Apotheke am Samstag ist ein kleiner Wochenmarkt. Wenn man Bettwäsche dazubucht, diese nicht abziehen. Wasser wird mit Nachtstrom erwärmt und es sind am Tag nur 200 Liter warmes Wasser verfügbar. Der Pool ist angenehm, da abgedeckt (leider da keine Dusche).

C'est une magnifique maison très spacieuse, hyper lumineuse, à la décoration contemporaine de bon goût et dotée d'un agencement bien pensé. Située dans un cadre verdoyant et reposant, nous avons apprécié l'esprit naturel du lieu, la belle piscine et les équipements et jeux réservés aux enfants. Nous n'oublierons également pas l'accueil, la gentillesse et la discrétion du propriétaire . En bref, tout est réuni pour passer un super séjour en famille, à deux pas de la côte de granit rose.

Séjour Excellent en famille avec les enfants. La maison est tout simplement magnifique, décorée avec beaucoup de gout et d'astuces. Une trés belle cuisine avec des astuces de rangement à retenir. La douche à l'italienne de la suite parentale est superbe. Endroit au calme à quelques kilomètres de la mer.
