Très déçu ce studio a besoin d'une grosse rénovation électroménager d d'une autre époque et surtout une grosse odeur de chien insupportable nous avons même retrouvé des croquettes de chien un peu partout

Residence agréable, propre et calme. Appartement bien placé avec une belle terrasse. Le problème c'est que l'on a pas la possibilité de faire de glaçons, c'est la première fois dans une location. Les plaques de cuisson ne sont pas très accessible. Et l'eau chaude est bouillante, réglage à revoir. La clim. serait un plus.

Dobre, typowe studio w miłym kompleksie i w świetnej lokalizacji. Praktycznie na skraju starówki. Bliziutko plaża i targ.Dla osób z dziećmi i starszych uciążliwa duża ilość schodów na terenie. Brak bezpośredniego połączenia garażu z klatką schodową. Z poziomu -3 jedyne wyjście wąskimi schodami na poziom 0 i aby dojść do windy należy obejść cały budynek. Garaż dla najwyżej średniej wielkości samochodu.

Betreft een iets wat verouderd appartementje doch krijg je volgens ons waar voor je geld. De ligging, ruime terras en garage zijn de grootste pluspunten. Het appartement is tevens gelegen in een zeer rustig gebouw.

Logement bien situé au niveau du centre ville et pas loin de la plage , le seul bémol cest la propreté à notre arrivée, taches au sol et vaisselles relaver avant utilisation . Il ne manquait de rien en revanche . Je dirais qu'une climatisation ne serait pas du luxe .
