Residence "Héraclée". In the resort 300 m from the centre of Saint-Tropez, in a central, busy position, 400 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (15 x 10 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). In the house: lift. Shop, grocery 300 m, supermarket 4 km, restaurant, bar, café 300 m, bus stop "Gare routière" 400 m, sandy beach "La Bouillabaisse" 800 m. Sports harbour 600 m. Nearby attractions: Plages de Pampelonne 6 km, Port Grimaud 6 km, Sainte Maxime 16 km, Cannes 84 km, Nice 110 km, Monanco 134 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Sainte Croix 92 km. Hiking paths: Massif de l'Esterel 50 km. Please note: residence with electric gates. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Gassin, 6 km. Additional accommodations can be booked. Location Description Saint-Tropez

International Capital of tourism which has become a myth, Saint Tropez contributes to the reputation of the Côte d'Azur. Its streets scents of Provence and its artistic atmosphere make it a resort for the jet set international as well as tourists looking for authenticity. Small, busy, picturesque fishing village with 5'500 inhabitants, directly by the sea, 68 km north-east from Toulon, 83 km south-west from Cannes, 112 km south-west from Nice. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, evening entertainment, museum, cinema. Fitness centre. More possibilities for shopping 5 km. In the summer this little fishing port becomes a majestic marina and home to the most beautiful yachts in the world.

Wir sind regelmäßig in dieser Wohnung. Bis auf Fehlende Klimaanlage hat man alles was man braucht und nicht mehr.

Od zeszłego roku warunki bytowe poprawily sie , nowe materace sypialni, nowa sofa do odpoczynku. Na minus co roku brak środków czystości, do mycia toalety itd. Brudne klejace sie szafki kuchenne, czy brudna szyba balkonowa to również duzy minus. Ogólnie obiekt jak zwykle godny polecenia, wynajecie podobnego obiektu za taka kwotę w sttropez raczej nie możliwe

Widać niestety brak jakichkolwiek inwestycji przez właściciela ,z roku na rok coraz gorzej. Uszkodzone drzwi balkonowe, uszkodzony prysznic leje na kazda strone, brak jakichkolwiek srodkow czystości. Nie mowiac o obdrapanej od lat scianie na tarasie. Sofa tak obskurna ze trzeba siadac na reczniku.

Thank you for your input regarding this place. The balcony doors, shower and wall are fixed. A new sofa will replace the existing in the next month.

Vue extraordinaire sur Saint Tropez, c’est ce qui fait tout le charme de cet appartement. De plus la résidence est calme et bien entretenue. L’appartement est très fonctionnel bien que d’époque. Un petit bémol sur la propreté toutefois. La literie est très confortable. L’accueil par l’agence est aussi très agréable. Le rapport qualité / prix est présent.

Na dzień dobry brak środków czystości typu papier toaletowy, srodek do toalety itd.poprzednim razem było wszystko. Dziwne żeby brać to wszystko ze soba. Lodówka na wykończeniu. Po za tym miejsce doskonałe jeśli chodzi o położenie, widok. Blisko do marketu, port pod nosem

Près du centre et de la gare routière, très calme, belle vue sur la mer et la piscine. Taille parfaite pour 1 personne, peut-être 2. Équipement et propreté OK. Désagréable : odeur humide, surtout à la mezzanine (lits), mais aussi dans le couloir à l'extérieur de l'appartement. Il est absolument nécessaire de régler ce problème !!

Bonjour nous avons passé un super séjour la résidence est à deux pas du centre ville de St Tropez, parking souterrain réservé, résidence très calme et bien aménagé. La récupération et le rendu des clefs ont été très bien sécurisés et organisés vu la conjoncture actuelle. Ne pas hésiter et super accueil au téléphone et mail du centre de réservation. Sincèrement.
