Exit to the balcony, south facing position. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), fan. Kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Balcony 6 m2, south facing position and, east facing position. Balcony furniture. View of the garden. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n 294. Please note: non-smokers only. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Well-known, historical bathing resort with 36'000 inhabitants, 3 km from Frejus, 40 km from St Tropez, 40 km south-west from Cannes. In the resort: restaurant, bar, disco, casino, concerts, evening entertainment, museum, cinema, attractions. Hiking. Sights Musée Archéologique 50 m, Basilique Notre-Dame 50 m, Zoo Fréjus 5 km, nature reserve. Access: motorway A8, exit number 38 "Fréjus/Saint-Raphaël". Railway station in the resort.

Der Hausstrand ist fußläufig jederzeit erreichbar. Die Anlage ist ruhig und die Gegend sicher. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 7 Tage/ Woche sind in der Nähe. Die Waschmaschine funktionierte einwandfrei und genügend Besteck war auch vorhanden. Leider waren die Schneidebretter aus Holz zerbrochen und keine Alternativen vorhanden. Auch ein Brotschneidemesser fehlte. Dafür war genügend Besteck vorhanden. Leider gibt es im Kinderzimmer keine Ablagemöglichkeit/ Schrank o. ä. der Bekleidung und auch keine Klimaanlage. Auch im Schlafzimmer existierte außer eine Kleiderstange mit Bügeln zum Aufhängen keine weitere Ablagefläche/Schrank/Regal etc.. Es gibt keine geschlossene/ sichere Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Leider war das Haupttor der gesamten Anlage defekt und die Anlage permanent begehbar.
