Alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace 20 m2, north-west facing position, garden 400 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI. NIXIAG

In the resort 1.5 km from the centre of St Aygulf, in the residential district, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, traffic calmed area, 2 km from the sea, 2.7 km from the beach. For shared use: property (fenced), parking. Shop 1.5 km, shopping centre 7 km, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Grand Parc" 1.5 km, railway station "Fréjus" 8 km, sandy beach "Les Esclamandes" 2.5 km, park "Areca" 2 km, diving center 8 km, thermal baths "Thalasso de Port Fréjus" 8 km. Sports harbour 2.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 9 km, sailing school 8 km, riding stable 3 km. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub so braucht. Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und man kann sich auch wohlfühlen. Negativ empfanden wir den Garten. Auf den Fotos ist da eine schöne Grünfläche wo man sich die Liegestühle platzieren könnte, um das schöne Wetter genießen zu können. Leider ist die Grünfläche keine solche, nur abgemähte wild wuchernde Wiese, die dann Stroh ist. Im Haus müffelt es auch etwas nach Keller, was nach 2 Wochen auch in den Klamotten zu riechen war.

Heel fijn appartement op de begane grond. Stijlvol ingericht en van veel gemakken voorzien. Gezien de extreme hittegolf en de muggen zou een airco en de mogelijkheid om klamboes op te hangen in de toekomst zeker nog meer pluspunten bieden

Wunderschönes Apartment in ruhiger Lage auf einem Hügel Die Einrichtung ist wertig und geschmackvoll ausgesucht Die Küche ist komplett mit allem was an Besteck, Gedeck, Töpfen, usw benötigt wird Auf der Terasse kann man wunderbar bei den ersten Sonnenstrahlen frühstücken oder auch den Abend ausklingen lassen Der Ortskern mit Marktplatz ist fußläufig zu erreichen So können dortige Restaurants, der Wochenmarkt, Bars und ein Supermarkt besucht werden Der Weg zurück führt nahezu stets bergauf.
