"L´Ecrin", 4-room villa 130 m2 on 2 levels. Very beautiful and tasteful furnishings: large living/dining room with 1 sofabed and open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), TV (flat screen). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and TV. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 6 gas rings, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, cooking island). Exit to the terrace. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, TV and gas heating. Large terrace 60 m2, south facing position and, east facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Private: well-kept garden 1'500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth 100 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with alarm system. Table tennis, parking (for 2 cars). Shop, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 1.3 km, shingle beach "Villeneuve-Loubet" 12 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, walking paths from the house 50 m. Nearby attractions: Cannes 20 km, Nice 20 km, Monaco 60 km, St. Tropez 100 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de St. Croix 90 km. Hiking paths: Massif de l´Esterel 30 km, Gorges du Verdon 100 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

250 m a.s.l. >>To see: 18th century Notre Dame in Canlache, Gallo-Roman ruins. Excursions: Grasse perfumeries, towns of Vence and Nice, regionally typical villages Tourette sur Loup, La Colle sur Loup. Annual festival in the Notre Dame in Canlache. Small town with 5'300 inhabitants, 20 km south-west from Vence, 32 km north from Cannes, 34 km west from Nice. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Potholing in the caves at Lauron and La Chevre d'Or. In Antibes: waterpark "Marineland". Golf course 18 hole in Opio-Valbonne 4 km. Riding.

Ansicht war das Haus sehr schön und am Anfang aufgeräumt außer Kleinigkeiten. Es gab nicht wirklich Bettdecken sondern nur kleine dünne decken. Es gab nichts für die Pool Reinigung, dadurch wurde der Pool Richtung ende des Urlaubs immer dreckiger. Strom Kosten wurden im Vertrag nicht angerechnet desto trotz wurde eine gewisse Summe von der Kaution genommen wegen E Auto laden das die Hausbesitzerin mit einer Kamera angeblich gesehen hat was die Privatsphäre wieder etwas hinterfragt.

Wir möchten klarstellen, dass die gesamten Stromkosten für das Objekt im Mietpreis enthalten, das Laden eines Elektroautos (wie in unseren Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen 4.16 beschrieben) jedoch nicht inkludiert sind. Die beiden Kameras des Alarmsystems zeigen die beiden Eingangstore des Anwesens, nicht den Parkplatz. Wie ausgeschrieben wohnt der Eigentümer auf demselben Anwesen, wobei die Privatsphäre unserer Gäste stets respektiert wird. Unser hilfsbereites Serviceteam ist während des Urlaubs auch gern da, um zu assistieren und bei Unklarheiten zu helfen. Es wäre uns eine Freude, Sie wieder willkommen heißen zu dürfen.
