Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. No heating option. Upper floor: 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Very beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n 34. Please note: non-smokers only. TV only FR. Smoke alarm.

Le Canadel 11 km from Le Lavandou: Residence "Le Paradou". On the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of Rayol canadel, in a sunny position on a slope, 350 m from the sea, 700 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool fenced (12 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). In the complex: stepped path (30 steps) to the house. Shop 3 km, grocery 1.5 km, restaurant 200 m, bar 3 km, café 3 km, bus stop "Gare routière le lavandou" 10 km, sandy beach "Rayol Canadel" 700 m. Sports harbour 10 km, tennis 13 km, minigolf 12 km. Please note: car recommended, no lift. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Le Lavandou, 11 km. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Location Description Rayol Canadel

Situated on the far western coast of Massif des Maures, Rayol Canadel is not a village but a magnificent garden! It comprises of 400 species from four corners of the globe covering 80 % of the village area. Facing the sea, Rayol Canadel is built in terraces over many steps. There are many unbelievable surprises in store for visitors. Small, quiet village with 700 inhabitants, on a plateau, 12 km east from Le Lavandou, 9 km west from Cavalaire. In the resort: grocery, butchery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, attractions. Besides: pharmacy. Cultural events Jardins Méditéranéens.

Appartement très bien situé, vue magnifique sur la terrasse, avec une place de parking dédiée. Pénibilité de devoir aller chercher les clés à 25 minutes de route. Literie médiocre, matelas très très mou. Chauffe eau qui goutte ++ situé sur la mezzanine où l’on dort, obligés de dormir avec des boules quies.

Wohnung ist etwas abgewohnt und könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage und der Schlafbereich im oberen Stock wird viel zu warm, das sehr kleine Fenster über dem Bett reicht nicht zum durchlüften. Ein Fliegennetz an der Balkontür wäre von Vorteil. Sehr viele Treppenstufen zur Wohnung und zum Strand. Der nächste Strand ist ca. 600 m entfernt. Die Auffahrt ist sehr steil ansteigend, Fahrzeuge mit etwas tieferen Frontspoiler haben Probleme. Positiv: eine Terrasse mit sehr schön

L'appartamento è in una bella posizione vista mare ed ha un bel terrazzo per mangiare fuori. Molto comodi gli elettrodomestici e doccia ampia. Unica pecca la camera matrimoniale soppalcata che avendo solo una piccola finestra è molto calda di notte.
