Gute Ferienwohnung mit AbstrichenAhmet T.

Lage: Super. Man ist zu Fuß in 10-15 Minuten in der Innenstadt/Altstadt. Mit Bus sogar schneller. Räume sind groß und man hat viel Platz. Nachteile: - Möbel sind ziemlich abgenutzt. Bei einigen Möbelstücken hatten wir Angst es zu benutzen, da es kurz vorm Auseinanderfallen war. - Wegen Klimaanlagen sind Löcher in den Wänden + Einfachverglasung, d.h. man hört wirklich alles was draußen passiert. Und in Nizza kommt die Müllabfuhr um 1 Uhr Nachts und Straßenreiniger noch später.

Appartement pas propre la vaisselle pas propre salle de bain et WC sale et pas désinfecté L'accueil de l'agence il y avait personne et pour le retour la dame de l'agence n'était pas gentille et n'a pas écouté que l'appartement était sale et dégueulasse. Pas de réduction ni retour d'un pourcentage du paiement. Une première expérience avec Interhome: horrible

Schöne Wohnung mit Nizza Flair im Zentrum. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Gut zu Fuß sollte man in Nizza schon sein. Schöner alter Fahrstuhl. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist auch gut. Bus um die Ecke. Tram ca 1 km. Zum Wasser ca. 3.5 km.

This could be a lovely apartment but it is unfortunately let down by poor quality, old furnishings and equipment. Random crockery etc in the kitchen. Poor bed in 2nd bedroom Other furniture could do with being replaced. Having to pay extra for towels is also very poor. But it is a good big space and the bathroom is modern. Please note that you need the shutters open for the air con to work, otherwise the units cannot vent properly.

The overall stay was good & had a good location, close to the train station for day trips & in walking distance to the old town and beach. Beds however were not very comfortable & the pillows were terrible. There is air con in the bedrooms which is very loud & can be a problem for any light sleepers. Wifi is also not very strong so we couldn’t rely on it. But the price for the stay was very reasonable & had plenty of space. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the property so it was fine for us.

Es hat uns wirklich gut gefallen- Grösse des Appartements exzellent- Betten wunderbar, Küche und Bad neu renoviert, gewisse Sachen ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen (Möbel..) Alles in Allem sehr gelungener Aufenthalt

L'appartement est grand et fonctionnel. Les deux chambres sont séparées par la sdb, ce qui garantit une vraie tranquillité. L'emplacement est bon, proche des transports, de la promenade et des commerces. Parfait pour 4 personnes, l'immeuble est calme. On pourra cependant noter que la chambre du fond reste exposée aux bruits de la collecte des poubelles en début de nuit. Un point à améliorer, la climatisation. Il s'agit de blocs de clim mobiles qui ne refroidissent pas grand chose.

Très bel appartement et surtout très grand! Promenade des anglais accessible en 10 minutes de marche, gare Nice Ville en 5 minutes de marche. Plein de boulangerie autour de l'appartement dont une à 5 mètres! Plusieurs supermarché à proximité dont un ouvert de 7h à 23h! Immeuble calme. Il est en centre ville, donc effectivement on entend un peu de passage la nuit ( scooter, camion poubelle...) . Moi, je n'ai rien entendu, mais mes enfants oui.
