L’emplacement est bien situé par contre l’étage est trop bas pour dormir, les volets ne ferment pas de le la chambre. Une infiltration est en plein milieu du salon et la robinetterie de la baignoire est à changer.

Appartement fonctionnel idéal pour visiter Nice. Situé sur cours au calme. Accès à la mezzanine raide qui ne convient pas aux personnes âgées ou jeunes enfants.

L'appartement est sécurisé et très bien situé, au calme et assez grand pour se détendre. Nous suggérons d'augmenter le nombre de miroirs, la vaisselle, proposer sopalin et tri des déchets. Un deuxième jeu de clé serait également appréciable. La lumière fait un peu défaut mais c'est cosy. Un des matelas de la mezzanine est par contre très usé. Beaucoup de commerces, la plage , le musée massena sont a proximité. L'équipement global de l'appartement est suffisant.

After reading reviews we weren't expecting anything great but we knew we'd booked somewhere cheap and cheerful so you get what you pay for. The apt was better than the expected. Only real issue was the steep stairs up to the mezzanine but this was noted in previous reviews so we were aware of it. There was no hot water after 10am which was quite frustrating. The location was excellent, close to the beach and shops. Quite frustrating having to pick up and drop off keys at the Interhome office.

The keys were so away from the house, it was very difficult to find the place of the keys under the rain with luggages. It is better to put some toilet paper, liquid soap, dishwashing liquid, oil, salt and pepper for the visitors. It is also possible to put some shampoo too. And cleaning of the house should be done properly. The location of the house was good for us.

Globalement satisfait très bon emplacement, mais un gros bémol sur la qualité de la literie à revoir. Il manque également un éclairage dans la salle. (ampoule défectueuse, signalé à l'agence mais non remplacé pendant le séjour) L'équipement de la cuisine est de qualité. Une belle semaine

Die Unterkunft ist einfach und funktional. - Kaffeemaschine (Nespresso Tabs notwendig) wollte manchmal nicht so wir wir wollten :-) - Wasser war auch mal 2 Tage kalt ;-) Aber so ist das wohl in Frankreich... Die Agentur zur Schlüsselüber-/abgabe ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Super nett und hilfsbereit! Kühlschrank war kaputt und wurde noch am gleichen Tag gegen ein neues Gerät ausgetauscht - TOP! Das eigentliche Highlight ist die geniale Lage. Parkhaus nebendran. Nicht billig - Auto Anreise möglich!

-positif: à l'annonce: appartement bien situé, calme et propre. oui - négatif:: pas de chambre climatisée annoncée.Mise à disposition d'appareils de clim peu efficaces. Mezzanine annoncée mais échelle d'accès impraticable au lieu d'escalier. Un seul jeu de clés ce qui est gênant. A l'arrivée frigidaire non dégivré et volet qui ne se referme pas. Mais un agent d'inter home est venu de suite des que signalé. Nul: aller chercher et rapporter cles à l'agence.

L'appartement est propre, bien équipé et confortable. La localisation est idéale : à 2 pas de la Promenade des anglais. Le tram L2 est tout proche (arrêt Alsace Lorraine) ainsi que de nombreux commerces (supérette, boulangerie). Seuls inconvénients : la mezzanine est vraiment basse de plafond, la journée c'est plutôt calme mais ça peut être assez bruyant la nuit tant à cause de l'extérieur que des voisins. J'ai passé 2 mauvaises nuits sur un séjour d'une semaine. Prévoir des boules quies !

Clic clac mezzanine matelas trop usé donc peu confortable, manque de drap par rapport au nombre de personnes, étendoir à linge cassé, porte d’accès au frizzer cassée. Agence inter home prévenue. Et pourtant d’autres personnes avaient déjà fait les mêmes remarques.. en plus il faut aller chercher et remettre les clés à l’agence située beaucoup plus loin alors qu’il y a d’autres solution pour faciliter la remise des clés aux clients ( boites sécurisées sur place) surtout quand l’agence est fermée

Das Schlafsofa im oberen Stock ist absolut durchgelegen und nicht mehr inordnung,schlaf unmöglich. Außerdem Stockfleckenan der Decke! Aus den Abflüssen im Bad kommt Rauchgeruch, was sehr unangenehm ist.Die Treppe in der Wohnung ohne Geländer ist sehr steil!! Aufgrund des Parkhauses nebenan ist es in den Abendstunden etwas lauter , das fanden wir aber nicht schlimm. Die Wohnung war sauber und aufgeräumt , jedoch das Geschirr müsste mal erneuert werden, auch keine Geschirrhandtüxher vorhanden.

Logement sale : sols, murs, linge de maison taché ! Du mobilier inutilisable, détérioré (notamment un lit cassé donc matelas au sol…) l’agence qui ne fait rien malgré les appels et les preuves en photos. Une voisine qui déclare que nous n’aurions jamais dû réserver cet appartement, que nous ignorons ce qu’il s’y est passé et que nous ferions mieux de partir ! L’agence refuse de faire un geste commercial pour la nuit payée en trop, ça aurait été le minimum vu tous les désagréments. À FUIR !!!
