The apartment was very dirty and seemed that it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. There was a lot of dust, hair and other dirt on the floor and on all surfaces. They don’t seem to do any cleaning or maintenance between guests. Disgusting

L’appartement est sympa, vaste, bien équipé et bien situé (moins de 1km du centre), mais les fenêtres simple vitrage le rende très bruyant. D’autant qu’il y a au pieds de l’immeuble une supérette (pratique), mais avec livraisons nocturnes…(nuits difficiles). Bref ce serait top d’investir dans de nouvelles menuiseries !

Appartement spacieux , bien situé près de la gare et de la plage .Tout étais fonctionnel seul point négatif c’est le bruit appartement très mal isolé difficile d’être au calme .

Nous avons séjourné 6 nuits dans l'appartement Harold, les personnes s'occupant de notre sejour ont été très arrangeantes et très gentilles, merci à elles ! Pour le logement, bel appartement avec une belle surface, malheureusement très très bruyant la nuit, et beaucoup de vis à vis. Mais il était très fonctionnel et proche de tout ! Nous en sommes très contents

Cette location fut très mauvaise dans l’ensemble. L’immeuble de l’appartement est dans un état exécrable. Rien que pour ouvrir la porte de l’appartement, c’était très compliqué. Une odeur de vieillot, séjour qui fait presque peur. Les photos n’étaient pas conformes, elles donnaient l’impression d’un appartement rénové, spacieux et clair, comme décrit dans la description mais c’était tout le contraire. Je me demande comme un appartement de cette sorte peut être mis en location. A fuir

J'ai quitté le studio du 15 RUE VERDI non conforme à votre contrat : installation électrique non conforme, appareils ménagers vétustes H.S. lave-linge, micro onde, lampe de chevet qui présentait des traces de brulure et hallogène H.SSerrure portant la mention : ne pas fermer le verrou de l'intérieur au risque de rester enfermé!!!!!!!!!! Ce n'est pas un gag mais la simple réalité... ne sera jamais à la hauteur des nuisances que j'ai subies... : PAS D EAU
