Situated on the Italian-French border, well-known town and bathing resort with 30'000 inhabitants, directly by the sea, 9 km from Monte-Carlo, 30 km west from San Remo. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, casino, folklore evenings, cinema. This resort owes its reputation to its magnificent gardens and is rich vegetation, as a result of its gentle climate.

C’est nôtre troisième séjour dans cette location, très pratique pour deux couples ou avec deux enfants. Lieu bien tenu, avec une place de parking ; néanmoins la literie serait à renouveler et le pb des clés permettant d’accéder au local poubelle n’a pas été réglé. Ce dit cela demeure un lieu très agréable.

Appartement très pratique pour 2 couples avec chacun sa salle de bain avec toilettes. La taille des douches est correcte et l'eau est bien chaude. Les matelas étaient très confortables dans les 2 chambres et nous avons bien eu du chauffage dans la 2eme chambre. Dans la cuisine, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, super. Même si le style est un peu "vieillot" ,c'était propre et la vue du balcon est incroyable ! Et l'arrêt de bus est au pied de la résidence. Bref on a beaucoup apprécié !

Let's start with the good. The Views from the unit/grounds are spectacular. Rooftop garage/elevator and price are all positive. However, the unit itself is in serious need of upgrades. We found the unit furniture to be in bad shape. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The main couch was broken (falling foward), only one skimpy towel per person. The TV was not working. The bathroom showers are so tight you can barely move around without shutting off the water with your body. No A/C in 2nd BR

C’est notre second séjour dans cet appartement, idéal pour deux couples. Bien placé par rapport aux lieux alentours qui méritent d’être visités. Dommage qu’il ne soit pas équipé d’une connexion wifi, ce qui serait souhaitable étant donné le prix de la location. À régler: pb de clés du local poubelles ( comme l’année dernière)

Die Lage und der Ausblick sind genial. Auch ist die Größe der Wohnung ist sehr großzügig. Lediglich die Bäder /Duschen sind winzig und sehr veraltet. So auch das Mobiliar und die Küchenausstattung (elektrische Geräte). Die Klimaanlage (mindestens 25 Jahre alt) hat 12 Tage nicht funktioniert (Raumtemperatur im Schlaf- und Wohnraum am Abend/Nacht 29 Grad) Erst am letzten Urlaubstag hat die Klimaanlage im Wohnraum funktioniert. Kein WiFi.

Świetne położenie praktycznie graniczace z monaco, doskonale widoki świetny basen. Niestety co do czystości pozostawia wiele do życzenia, kłęby kurzu w kątach w sypialni. Ogólnie godne polecenia. Brak wifi mimo mimo że jest w opisie obiektu.

This location requires having a car. While the owner was pleasant and the view was fabulous, the place needed a good cleaning. In addition forks and knives were put away dirty and plates put away wet. There is no WiFi and the TV was hit and miss, Shower is extremely small! Pool area was nice but the weather was not quite warm enough to have enjoyed it. Surprised we had to pay $60.00 CDN for bed sheets and four towels! The unit needs some TLC..

Le logement est bien situé, pratique (parking sécurisé). Belle vue. La piscine est très belle. Par contre, le logement est certes spacieux et équipé, mais peu au goût du jour et le ménage laisse grandement à désirer. Dans une période COVID comme aujourd’hui, il est regrettable de trouver des traces de dentifrice sur le robinet, des verres avec des traces de doigts et lèvres, un séchoir à vaisselle pleins de crasse, un sol à en donner les pieds noirs, meubles poussiéreux, etc... Pas de wifi.
