Une belle maison moderne bien équipée avec piscine dans un jardin méditerranéen. Plages accessibles en 15min. Quelques bémols: pas de climatisation, par beau temps la température monte facilement et descend lentement la nuit, la piscine est ombragée et souvent fraiche, les moustiques règnent dès 15h.

Es gibt positive und negative Aspekte an diesem Haus: Positiv: Sauberer, großer Pool Toller Ausblick auf das Meer Großes Haus und Grundstück Negativ: Vieles am Haus ist alt und renovierungsbedürftig: z.B. Türen schließen nicht, alte Möbel... Der Geruch aus dem Erdgeschoss ist unerträglich (Kinderschlafzimmer, Badezimmer): Abwassergeruch Dafür ist es zu teuer! ... Wlan schlecht: nur im Wohnzimmer, 4mbit/s Nichts für Familien mit Kindern unter 5 Jahren.

De ligging is ideaal voor strandvakantie ook het zwembad biedt een meerwaarde. Het verblijf was leuk door de omgeving, maar het huis is slecht onderhouden en was ook niet erg schoon bij aankomst. Er is rioolgeur in huis, vochtplekken op plafond en muren, sommige deuren binnen (en buiten) sluiten niet. Tijdens een regenbui regende het binnen via de keuken. Er hangen spinnenwebben, er ligt afval van vorige gebruikers onder de zetel en bed. Het chloorgehalte in het zwembad was gevaarlijk hoog.

We have contacted the owner who will be addressing the odor issue and water leaks that must have caused spots on the ceiling. We also called a technician to fix the door that struggles to close.

Très belle maison, belle piscine et beau terrain sans vis à vis. Mais déçus car dans la maison, tout est vieillissant : table extérieure cassée, transat en mauvais état (nous nous en servions pas car peur de passer à travers), les 2 lits double grincent au moindre mouvement, le toilette est mal fixé et bouge à chaque fois qu’on s’assoit, humidité et moisissure noire dans les placards de la vaisselle, etc Dommage car cela pourrait être vraiment top.

Mooi huis in prachtige omgeving met fraai zeezicht. Zwembad is fijn maar terras eromheen is verzakt en omheining hoeft niet aanwezig te zijn bij verblijf met oudere kinderen. Interieur van de jaren zeventig woning is zeer gedateerd, de koelkast is zo oud dat deze de hitte in de woning niet aan kan en de inhoud ervan lauw wordt. Helaas ontbreekt airco. De woning en de tuin met zwembad is aan goede renovatie toe na alle jaren van verhuur.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön gelegen und bietet neben viel "Grün" sehr viel Privatsphäre. Die nächstgelegene Bucht ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso, wie ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft. Vom Haus aus kann man sehr gut die Küste von St. Tropez bis Nizza erkunden. Das Haus selbst ist nett eingerichtet und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, einzig die Betten sind nicht wirklich groß - aber man gewöhnt sich dran.

Je trouve cette location magnifique. La piscine est superbe et la vue a coupé le souffle. Beaucoup d'espace. Par contre, j'ai quand même une remarque: Il faut prévoir des essuie de vaisselle mais je n'avais pas été prévenue. je trouve que vu le prix de la location, l'agence interhome devrait soit le prévoir dans le pack d'essuie de bain soit avertir le client.

We mogen zeker niet ontevreden zijn, maar echt gelukkig zijn we enkel geworden van de buitenzijde. Bij aankomst was er een probleem met een verstopping van de WC waarbij er nog uitwerpselen ronddreven en we na ontstopping zelf het WC hebben gekuisd. Deze WC heeft een week lang voor een zeer onaangename geur gezorgd om tegen het einde van onze vakantie opnieuw verstopt te zitten. WIFI was stuk en we hebben ons via de plaatselijke agent moeten behelpen met een draagbare hotspot. U begrijpt dat voor een klein kindje deze niet kan volgen. WIFI is in 2020 echt wel een onmisbare voorziening. Een typ voor de eigenaar, nadat de "piscinist" was langs geweest op woensdag lag er een grote blok chloor in de filter, maar de filters hebben we zelf maar gekuisd. Even deze service toch checken. Wat ook dient gezegd, de ligging met uitzicht en zwembad zijn adembenemend mooi!
