On the lower ground floor: living/dining room with panoramic window with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. Exit to the garden. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Electric heating. Terrace 220 m2, south facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (6). Very beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. The views at this house are exceptional, both day and night. The outside furniture is functional but not luxurious and indoors is reasonably basic but has everything you need. Mattresses were hard but comfortable. There is an electric hotplate for outside cooking which worked well. This property would not suit anyone who can’t do lots of stairs/steps - for two bedrooms the pool is 3 flights of stairs away as the property is terraced and a car is essential as you are at the top of the hill.

An dem Ausblick sieht man sich wirklich nie satt ! Egal zu welcher Tageszeit. Für Hunde genial, da wirklich sehr gut eingezäumt. Auto ist ein absolutes Muss. Pool etwas kühl. Dass jede Nacht die Mülltonnen von den Wildschweinen ausgeräumt werden, ist echt nervig! Die Nachbarn haben einbruchsichere Müllhäuser! Strände im Ort nicht für Hunde, außer einer und der ist ungepflegt! Hinter Saint Tropez sind Hunde an tollen Stränden willkommen. Achtung ! Poolboy kommt ohne Vorwarnung aufs Grundstück!

Sehr schöne Lage am Hang (KFZ ein Muss), Inneneinrichtung schlicht, aber zweckmäßig. Voll ausgestattete Küche, Zimmer (bis auf 1 Schlafzimmer) klimatisiert. 1 Schlafzimmer nur erreichbar über Abstellraum und Bad. Aussengarnituren hochwertig und in ausreichender Menge. Blick über die Bucht von St. Tropez: traumhaft! Pool: angenehm temperiert, mit Abdeckung, Tiefe ca. 170 cm, angenehmer Einstieg Einfahrt: für PKW sehr steil und eng. Nachts Lärm durch Horden von Wildschweinen

Tolles Haus mit super Meerblick. Die Fahrt zum Meer und Supermarkt dauert ca. 10 Minuten, was uns überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen, gehobenen Wohngegend. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, insbesondere die Küche. Toll ist auch, dass es für jedes Schlafzimmer ein Badezimmer gibt. Pool durch Abdeckung und Pflege immer schön sauber. An dem Meerblick von der Terrasse aus, kann man sich nicht satt sehen. Absolut empfehlenswertes Haus.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette belle villa très bien équipée. LeS points forts de cette villa sont les extérieurs et la vue magnifique sur la baie de St Tropez. La terrasse est très spacieuse et très bien aménagée. La piscine est très belle. Toute la villa est bien entretenue et très propre. La voiture est indispensable car la villa est dans les hauteurs et ça grimpe sévèrement.
