Quand nous sommes arrivés l'appartement était propre. Bien situé, à 2 pas de tout (commerce/mer....), côté ombre ce que nous avons aussi apprécié. Résidence sécurisée. Sympa la petite boîte à tout faire (eponge, liquide....) Je mettrai un bémol au fait qu'il n'y ai pas de volet, notre fille de 8 mois était réveillée vers 6/7h chaque matin à cause de la lumière malgré les rideaux occultants, problème également de porte de wc qui a "joué" et qu'on ne peut pas ouvrir en plein (un coup de rabot s'impose), la tv qui ne fonctionnait pas et un jeu de pile on suppose volé, absent de la télécommande en tout cas. Beaucoup de résonance, dans les couloirs et extérieurs, difficile de dormir la fenêtre ouverte donc, et absence de clim qui aurait été plus qu'appreciable sous cette canicule.
