Wir kannten die Unterkunft bereits von 2022. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist sehr schön. Die Ausstattung eher unzureichend. Leider... Der Standort ist nachteilig, wenn man Ruhe sucht: von der Stadt dringen alle Geräusche wie verstärkt nach oben. Vor allem laute Fahrzeuge (Motorräder!) sind sehr nervig. Dazu die massive Bautätigkeit in Le Lavandou. Viel Ruhe ist daher nur bedingt zu erwarten: sogar Pfingstmontag waren Baustellen in Betrieb! Die Straßen im gesamten Viertel: lausig!

Wir hatten im Herbst eine schöne Zeit in Le Lavandou. Tolle Aussicht und gute Lage. Eine Treppe in der Nähe führt direkt ins Zentrum hinunter. Ideal für Ferien zu zweit. Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, auch die Küche könnte eine Erneuerung vertragen.

L'appartement est spacieux et très bien agencé. Le quartier est calme. Le parking est très appréciable. La terrasse offre une vue exceptionnelle/ Il faudrait peut-être juste un micro onde à la place du minifour mais on s'adapte.
