"Magali", 2-room house 40 m2 on 2 levels. Practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table, TV, radio and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Kitchenette (oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (ladder), 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 1 sleeping facility (140 cm). Electric heating. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

House/Residence

Small single-family house "Magali". 2 km from the centre of Hyères, 20 km from the centre of Toulon, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach. For shared use: natural state property 5'000 m2 (fenced), garden with plants and trees, parking (for 2 cars) at 50 m on the premises. Shop 500 m, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, café 2 km, bus stop 150 m. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The owner lives on the same property. Main road 30 m from the property. The house is located on a small, family campsite with 10 pitches, which are only occupied by regular guests in July and August.

Location Description Hyères

Town and bathing resort with 56'000 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 18 km east from Toulon, 46 km west from St Tropez, 18 km west from Le Lavandou. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, casino, cinema. Glacier, hiking, thalassotherapy. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. National park, Sights Presqu'île de Giens, Les îles de Hyères: Porquerolles, Port-Cros & L'île du Levant, wine-growing region, nature reserve. Access: motorway A57, exit number A570. Railway station in the resort.

Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. In der Unterkunft ist soweit alles vorhanden, aber ziemlich veraltet. Die Matratze im oberen Schlafbereich war dreckig und versifft. Im Schlafzimmer aber gut und sauber. Bett 1,60 m breit. Gute Größe. Im Bad konnte man das Dachfenster nicht öffnen, da man ohne Stuhl oder ähnliches nicht dran kam. Also immer Tür zum Wohnbereich aufgelassen. Das Fenster im Schlafzimmer ließ sich nicht richtig verschließen. Nur französisches Fernsehen möglich. WLAN ist gut. Das Häuschen ist in einem hübschen Garten gelegen und hat eine kleine Terrasse. Großer Nachteil der immens laute Straßenlärm, der bis spät in die Nacht geht und morgens gegen 5 Uhr startet. Selbstverpflegung ist ok. Aber man muss sich mit Klopapier, Küchenrolle, Spülmittel, normale Handseife, evtl noch ein weiteres Geschirrrhandtuch, Kerzen, Feuerzeug ausstatten. Man hat aber viel Privatsphäre.

Schönes Ferienhaus für maximal 4 Personen. Für 6 Personen wird es extrem eng. Schöne Lage im Grünen (auf einem kleinen privaten Campingplatz auf einem abgeschlossen Grundstück) und trotzdem nahe der Innenstadt. Zum Strand ist es etwas weiter, aber mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen.

Location et propriétaire sympathique et les locations qui se trouvent à cotés sont très discret. Seul la route qui passe derrière est bruyante.

Excellent accueil. Le bastidon est agréable à vivre et propre. Le cadre est plus que verdoyant avec de belles plantes méditerranéennes autour de la terrasse. C est certain une nouvelle location s impose !

Excellent sejour, proprietaires aimables et très accueillants. La maison et le petit jardin sont très bien , mieux que ce qui est montré par les photos du site. L'endroit est très bien positionné par rapport aux plages (Almanarre etc.) . Nous recommandons absolument.
