Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating, boiler (150 litres). 2nd upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 180 - 100 cm with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Terrace 20 m2, west facing position. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 9 (fenced 1 car). Please note: TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Air conditioning only on the 2nd level on the landing. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
