Wohnung sehr schön mit großem Balkon und Blick auf den Pool ... wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt .. Garagenparkplatz zu eng für heutige Autos ... ein Stellplatz im Freien wäre besser ... leider konnten wir den Fernseher nicht in Betrieb nehmen ... kamen immer nur Fehlermeldungen... eine Mitarbeiterin der Agentur hat sich dann persönlich darum gekümmmert .. leider war es trotzdem nicht möglich ...es ging uns um die Fußball EM Spiele ...

Prima Lage mit großem Pool Pro: Der Küchen und Wohnzimmer-Bereich ist richtig gemütlich und zusammen mit dem angenehmen Balkon war es richtig gut. Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Herd, Backofen und Geschirrspülmaschine war es bis auf kleine Mängel in Sauberkeit und Zustand einiger Küchenteile fast perfekt. Contra: Die Toilette ist allerdings absolut unterirdisch, total verkalkt und eklig anzuschauen!!!!!

Diese Wohnung war insgesamt gut. Lediglich die Garage ist nur für schmale Kleinstwagen nutzbar, für Fahrräder dagegen gut. Die Wohnung liegt nicht weit vom Flughafen Hyeres und den Marinefliegern der Hubschrauberstaffel, deswegen sollte man nicht die absolute Ruhe suchen. Ansonsten gute Lage mit sehr guten Freizeitmöglichkeiten.

Appartement spacieux lumineux et bien équipé.Piscine agréable..Neanmoins quelques Bemols: le bruits des helicopters, l'appartement est mis en location avec un garage (raison de la location) mais une voiture ne rentre pas !! Il s'agit plutôt d'un box. Peut être revoir l'annonce et le prix!!. Bien que rénové récemment, les WC , matériel vétuste et très entartrés, chasse d'eau à revoir!
