Eine top ausgestattete Wohnung, sehr sauber, hell und komfortabel. Die Lage ist sehr gut, nur ein Paar Minuten zum Strand, ca. 10 min zum Zentrum. Alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Leider liegt die Wohnung an einer stark befahrenen Strasse, somit ist es mit Lautstärke zu rechnen. Dies ist der einzige Minuspunkt.

Appartement très propre et de qualité. La climatisation est très appréciable en ces mois très chaud. A 1min a pied du port, 5min de la plage L emplacement est idéal car proche des bars, restaurants sans les bruits de musique, gens ect la nuit ... Petit plus: la place de garage au sous sol, pas de soucis de stationnement.

Un séjour dans un lieu où la vie est active, en juin, moins qu'en juillet/août, bien sûr. Avec en particulier, le problème du bruit, omniprésent à certains moments de la journée. Le manque de civisme de certains est flagrant....dommage... Une terrasse pas utilisée comme souhaitée. Repli à l'intérieur. Un super appartement cependant, spacieux, climatisé, un bonheur pendant les grosses chaleurs.
