Apartment with excellent views from the balcony. Unfortunately the balcony is in constant shade and never gets any direct sun. electrics and kitchen could do with being updated. Parking facility was a bonus. Overall we had a superb 3 weeks there.

Ce logement pourrait être parfait, la localisation, la configuration des pièces, la vue et la piscine sont top. Mais la literie de la chambre est catastrophique, la table extérieur trop légère, les murs/déco mériterai bien un rafraîchissement mais SURTOUT la climatisation serait indispensable. Avec la chaleur impossible de dormir fenêtre fermée donc très bruyant + vieux matelas = nuit horrible. Ça ne vaut pas 1400€/semaine, dommage de juste encaisser l’argent et ne pas investir pour améliorer !

gutes und kleines / feines Apartment mit Pool znd wunderschönem Blick auf den Frejus Yachthafen. Tolle zentrale Lage. Der Wohnblock kommt allerdings in die Jahre und könnte eine gewisse Sanierung vertragen.

nous n’avons pas passé un agréable séjour au vu des grosses chaleur il serai indispensable de mettre une climatisation car nous étions obligé de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes et comme le port est très animé le soir jusqu’à des 1h du matin c’est trop bruyant si vous voulez passer des vacances au calme je vous le déconseille sinon effectivement tout est sur place commerce et restaurant et la plage a 200 m

Nous avions déjà séjourné dans cet appartement l’année dernière, Il est idéalement situé à deux pas des plages et des commerces. La cuisine est bien équipée. l’immeuble est parfaitement entretenu et la piscine très agréable. Un petit plus, une literie plus récente et un lit de 160 serait l’idéal.

Appartement très agréable et bien optimisé. La résidence est très propre, la piscine agréable et l’emplacement idéal. Les équipements sont en nombre suffisant, deux canapés convertibles et un lit pliant dans la salle principale qui peut aisément servir de chambre sans gêner en aucune manière la circulation des occupants de la chambre. Seul petit bémol le numéro de l’appartement n’est pas communiqué ce qui exclu la possibilité d’être appelé par l’interphone ce qui est gênant en cas d’urgence.
