Habitué à louer cet appartement depuis plusieurs années, je ne suis pas déçu au contraire, cette année une nouvelle SDB toute neuve et très fonctionnelle, douche à l'italienne (mieux que la baignoire), sinon le port est toujours là et la vue est magnifique, j'ai d'ailleurs réservé pour Juin 2025 Bravo aux propriétaires

Appartement très bien situé. Très bien équipé avec une vue magnifique sur le port de plaisance et la mer. Après rénovation, une très belle salle de bains. Grand garage souterrain facile d'accès, même pour les grosses voitures. Supermarché tout près. À pied de la plage et du parc sportif Base Nature. Dommage que le logement soit occupé à partir du 21. Juin.

Habituer à louer cet appartement 2 fois par an "lorsqu'il est disponible à mes dates" la vue sur le port est magnifique et je ne pense pas que cela changera ⛵les restos sont sympa,la plage n'est pas loin, ce mois de Septembre un petit bémol : le réfrigérateur était complètement gelé partie congélateur et partie frigo, même après l'avoir décongelé il tourne 24/24 la note EDF va faire mal, a Septembre prochain

Lovely apartment, however, when we booked it was advertised as having WiFi. Very disappointed to learn on arrival- no WiFi. We were told that it was mentioned 2ce on the invoice that we would have to book a box, in advance at a cost of €6 per day, €168. As they only have 10 boxes there was none available. We would not have booked if we were aware that there was no WiFi.

Lovely apartment but, although advertised as available when booking, there is no WiFi. We were informed by Interhome on arrival that they had 10 boxes for rent at 6€ per day, however, as we did not book one, apparently mentioned 2ce on the invoice, none was available, so, no WiFi.

Top zentral gelegene sehr schöne Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick auf den Yachthafen von Fréjus. Restaurants und Bars alle in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Trotzdem absolut leise und überhaupt keine Straßengeräusche zu hören. Herrlich Strände nahe gelegen, ein großes Sportareal - Base Nature - in ein paar 100 Metern. Wichtig: große und gut gelegene Garage

Abitué de cette location, environ 2 fois par an, toujours autant satisfait, prochain séjour en septembre,je recommande fortement,une vue superbe du port, la plage a 5mn à pieds,de bon restaurants,pas de bruit de circulation de véhicule il y a un box ferme et "facile d'accès " ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas Le seul petit inconvénient possible pour certains grincheux ,ce qui n'est pas notre cas,c'est la proximité des restaurants,bravo et merci aux propriétaires

Eine schöne Wohnung, die ich gern wieder mieten würde. Küche hat alles: großen Kühlschrank, Spül- und Waschmaschine, 2x Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, viele Töpfe und Pfannen. WZ: geräumig, hell. TV nur mit französischen Programmen. Balkon überdacht und groß für Tisch und 4 Stühle. Sehr leise Klimaanlage in WZ und SZ. Beide Betten mit ordentlichen Matrazen, wir konnten gut schlafen. Im WZ fehlt ein Schrank. Abschliessbarer Platz in der Tiefgarage ist wichtig. Einfahrt ist sehr schmal

Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement de part sa situation au coeur du port. Vue imprenable, bars et restaurants a deux pas et 2 plages accessibles en quelques minutes. Propre et spacieux. Interhome a ete a l' ecoute de nos besoins et tres reactif. Nous souhaitions revenir en seeptembre mais cette location n'est pas disponible ce qui ne nous surprend pas!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geräumig. Super war, dass eine Garage beinhaltet ist. Die Aussicht ist echt toll über den schönen Hafen und es gab alles in in der Nähe, man musste nicht weit gehen. Auch die beiden Strände sind sehr schön. Wir werden wieder kommen. Ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Appartement bien situé, une vue imprenable sur le port, c'est la 2ème fois que je loue cet appartement, les propriétaires ont apporté un soin particulier pour notre bien être, plaque vitro et four tous neufs, sièges sur le balcon aussi, seul bémol "pour les gricheux" situé au 3ème étage au dessus des restaurants, donc ambiances !!!, pour notre part aucun problème. Re bravo aux propriétaires

Très bel appartement, bien équipé et fonctionnel, climatisation(que nous n'avons pas utilisée-cause fin sept), grande terrasse avec une superbe vue sur le port et la mer, garage accessible même pour une grande voiture. Nous y retourneront surement l'an prochain Bravo au propriétaire Ps un peu bruyant, restaurants en dessous.mais bon ......largement acceptable
