Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Terrace 10 m2. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Location Description Saint-Tropez

International Capital of tourism which has become a myth, Saint Tropez contributes to the reputation of the Côte d'Azur. Its streets scents of Provence and its artistic atmosphere make it a resort for the jet set international as well as tourists looking for authenticity. Small, busy, picturesque fishing village with 5'500 inhabitants, directly by the sea, 68 km north-east from Toulon, 83 km south-west from Cannes, 112 km south-west from Nice. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, evening entertainment, museum, cinema. Fitness centre. More possibilities for shopping 5 km. In the summer this little fishing port becomes a majestic marina and home to the most beautiful yachts in the world.

Appartement bien situé avec un équipement correct, le seul problème est la propreté de l'appartement en arrivant, papier hygiène intime sur le sol de la chambre supérieure et plusieurs capsules des cafés non mise à la poubelle donc ménage mal réalisé.

Tolle Lage der Unterkunft, direkt in Hafenbereich. Die Anlage ist in einem abgesperrten Areal, wo man nur mit Zugangsberechtigung rein kommt. Das Wohnung ist ausreichend groß. Der Zustand ist doch sehr überschaubar. Im Badezimmer gibt es einen Wasserschaden, der laut Vermieter erst nach der Saison behoben werden kann, die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht richtig und richtig geputzt wird wohl leider auch nicht. Die Vermieter kümmern sich leider nur halbherzig. Trotz allem konnte wir es genießen.

Bon appartement, neuf, bien agencé et bien équipé. La résidence est facile d'accès et sécurisée. Belle vue sur la marina. La propreté, malheureusement, laisse à désirer. Mais, c'est le gros problème on général de ce type d'appartements gérés par les agences. Manque d'aspirateur pour pouvoir nettoyer soi-même. Ça ne nous a pas empêché de passer un très agréable séjour

Le mobilier est assez vieillot (pour la plupart datant de la construction de l'immeuble par Pierre & Vacances il y a plus de 30 ans ). Espace trop exigu pour 4 personnes. Manque de kit de base pour la cuisine (savon, lavette ) . Bouchon d'évier non fonctionnel. Pas d'accès à internet.

Traumhafte Lage und wunderschöner Blick auf den Yachthafen. Die Wohnung ist optimal aufgeteilt und erfüllt alle Wünsche. Das einzige, das den Eindruck ein wenig trübt....die Vorhänge waren teilweise aus der Aufhängung gefallen, und die Sofadecke sah ein wenig mitgenommen aus. Ansonsten, jederzeit wieder .

Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Schöne überdachte Terrasse mit tollem Blick auf den Hafen. Sehr ruhig, Anfang Mai wenig los. Ausstattung komplett und hat alles funktioniert. Alles war sauber. Schlafzimmer mit normaler Deckenhöhe für 2 Personen zu klein. Bett unterm Dach schön, man kann nur nicht aufrecht laufen.

équipement très complet et de belle qualité.seule la tv pourrait être plus grande. La vue est magnifique mais la barre bois du balcon trop épaisse en masque une partie lorsqu'on est assis. (elle a été supprimée dans de nombreux appartements) Ce balcon terrasse est bien agréable.
