Verouderd meubilair maar toch gerieflijk en ruim. Leuke tuin en zwembad. Goed gelegen : op 10 minuten wandelen naar het centrum en een kwartier rijden naar La Ciotat. Kalme buurt. We huurden dit huis voor de tweede keer. Dit zegt genoeg !!

J'ai séjourné dans cette villa du 13 au 27 août 2022. Le lieu est sympathique, calme et avec une jolie vue et une belle piscine bien entretenue. Le centre village de Ceyreste est accessible à pied, ce qui est très pratique. Malheureusement,quelques détails noircissent un peu le tableau. Il faut savoir que le terrain est très grand mais à l'état de friche, que la villa est restée dans une déco années 60, que deux chambres sont au sous sol et qu'il n'y a pas de lave vaisselle pour info.

mooi zwembad, maar het huis is oud van interieur, mist een goede sofa om te zitten en tv te kunnen kijken. bij het zwembad zijn de metalen stoeltjes niet leuk om te zitten. weinig glazen in de keuken.

Propreté inexistante. Pour avertir que le fauteuil en osier était cassé par téléphone et que nous avons demander si vous ne vérifier pas après le passage des femmes de ménages on nous a raccroché....... au nez. Tout l'ensemble (propreté, fauteuil, etc ... vu par le propriétaire). Vu notre mécontentement Inter Home FINI.

Die Unterkunft entsprach in keinster Weise den Erwartungen, die wir aufgrund der Bilder im Internet hatten. Offensichtlich waren die Bilder "in besseren Zeiten" aufgenommen, die Realität sah völlig anders aus: - Der Gesamteindruck ist dreckig und heruntergekommen - Das Badezimmer ist sehr unhygienisch (Schimmel/grober Dreck in der gesamten Dusche, Toilettenbrille verdreckt, Spiegel verschmiert, dreckig uvm.) - Im Internet war die Rede von zwei Stockwerken, bei dem sich 2 Zimmer und 1 Bad im unteren Geschoss befinden. Beim Betreten des UG über eine steile Treppe blieb einem vom extrem modrigen Geruch – der sich durch das gesamte untere Stockwerk zieht – fast die Luft weg. - Zusätzlich zu dem nicht zumutbaren Geruch, sind die 2 Kinderzimmer, sowie das Bad. Diese erreicht man nur, wenn man einen Heizraum sowie eine chaotische Gerümpelkammer passiert. Zusammengefasst gleicht das untere Stockwerk einem alten Keller und keinem Wohnbereich. - Im unteren Badezimmer liegen offen zugänglich alte Medikamente herum. - Im oberen Badezimmer alte Haarbürsten in den Schränken. - Die Stühle im Esszimmer sind so marode und verbogen, dass man nur 4 Stühle davon nutzen kann. Sehr ungünstig wenn das Haus für 8 Personen vermietet wird. - Kochen war leider nicht möglich, da das Gas nach 10 Minuten Nutzung bereits leer war und keine vollen Ersatzflaschen vor Ort sind. - Das Geschirr in den Schränken sowie das Besteck war nicht sauber, Essensreste (von den Vorgängern?) hingen noch daran. - An den Gartenstühlen abbröckelnde Farbe und scharfkantige Lackreste, sowie Rost an den Stühlen. - der Sonnenschirmständer war so alt und brüchig, dass er beim ersten Windstoß auseinanderbrach und mir der Schirm entgegenflog - die Holztischplatte auf der Terrasse ist größtenteils so krumm und brüchig, dass es nur bedingt möglich ist, ihn in seiner vorgesehenen Funktion zu nutzen. Der eine Stern in der Bewertung ist der optimalen Unterstützung der lokalen Interhome-Agentur geschuldet, die uns bei der Suche nach einer Alternativunterkunft wirklich sehr geholfen hat. Nach 2 Tagen konnten wir unser Quartier wechseln und die zunächst gebuchte Unterkunft wurde uns nur für 2 Tage berechnet. Die nicht genutzten 12 Tage wurden komplett zurückerstattet ! Deshalb ein großes Lob und ein Stern für die kulante Abwicklung !
