Die Lage der Wohnung in einem Haus in erhöhter Lage und ruhiger Umgebung ist sehr gut. Das Meer ist nur etwa 300 Meter entfernt. Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer, die Küste und den Hafen von Cavalaire. Die Austattung der Wohnung ist einfach und zweckmässig. Die Wohnung verströmt ein wenig den Chic der 1960er Jahre.

Tolle Lage, toller Blick aufs Meer, alles vorhanden, schattiger Parkplatz. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschinen usw. Extra WC.
