Einziges problem ist die Laute strasse die am Haus vorbei verläuft, ansonsten sehr gute lage, wohnung gut ausgestatet. Tiefgarage vorhanden mit eigenem stelplatz.

propre,mais très bruyant;lumière cassée dans la salle de bain, vétusté du coin cuisine, verres déparaillés . La photo montrait un balcon donnant sur la verdure. En réalité le balcon donnait sur une rue très bruyante!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la terrasse, la proximité de la plage et nous n'avons pas aimé la cuisine et son installation des années 1950. (plaques électrique de mes années étudiantes, j'ai 70 ans) 1 prise électrique pour 3 appareils (micro onde, cafetière et bouilloire); autant dire que si vous déjeunez de café, de lait chaud et de thé, vous n'aurez rien de chaud en même temps. Peu de couverts et d'ustensile de cuisine. C'est vraiment une partie à refaire

Proche de la mer, donc pratique. Très bruyant car entouré de deux routes très utilisées. Cuisine vieillotte, ameublement à rénover. Grande terrasse, mais exposée au bruit, aux oiseaux et à l’ombre.

L’appartement est très bien situé par rapport à la proximité des commerces, restaurants et bord de plage. Il est confortable et bien équipé. Le garage en sous-sol est un atout au milieu des parkings payants. Le seul bémol est la route très passagère occasionnant du bruit cependant, cela ne nous a pas empêché de nous reposer !

Appartement fonctionnel , mais situé au bord d'une route très fréquentée. Du fait du bruit nous n'avons pas pu profité de la terrasse. Un peu juste en vaisselle si 4 personnes.
