Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Large terrace 40 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Side view of the sea and the garden. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking at the house. Please note: smoke alarm. Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sodass wir sie nach Rückkehr ins kalte Deutschland gleich für 2025 wieder gebucht haben ‼️ Die Lage ist sehr gut, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strand sind direkt vor der Haustür. Auf der Doppelbettcouch mit einer Breite von 140 cm lässt es sich gut schlafen, nur könnte sie wenigstens 20 cm breiter sein.

The apartment was just like in the photos. The also fair. A positive suggestion would be to leave a role of toilet paper . I was asked to contact a Thomas after picking up the keys. I called but no answer. I left a message but was never called back. The only negative thing was that it’s very loud due to the close vicinity to the road. The neighbours are delightful and kind. Unfortunately the other neighbours were doing a full renovation of their apartment which involved sledgehammers at 8 am. After my first week I wanted to use the washing machine. Unfortunately it was broken. I contacted the agent to let them know about the problem but I still have not heard anything. Would I go back? Yes I think I would

Leider ließ sich die Terrassentür nicht abschließen und konnte auch von außen jederzeit geöffnet werden. Dadurch mussten wir selbst bei kürzester Abwesenheit das Rollo herunterfahren. Dieser Mangel war offensichtlich bekannt. Allerdings wurde er nach 3 Tagen zufriedenstellend behoben. Das Geschirr und Besteck in den Schränken war ziemlich dreckig.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos 2 petits enfants ils on adoré aussi, l'appartement magnifique, spacieux, propre et agréable bien isolé, situé à moins de 50m de la plage . Les voisins très bien aussi d'une gentillesse remarquable. Nous pensons bien y retourner l'année prochaine. Je recommande cet appart il y a vraiment tout . Qualité prix excellent.

Si vs voulez un rez jardin tranquille ne le prenez pas Les propriétaires qui sont à côté ont coupé la haie de séparation, ns n avons pas pu manger dehors ni utiliser les transats car ils avaient toujours les yeux sur nous, aucune intimité Pas bonnes vacances

Appartement agréable, cependant il manque un jet d’eau à l’extérieur pour se rincer les pieds après la plage. D’autre-part, les propriétaires logeant juste à coté sont antipathiques et ne faisaient que nous épier sur la terrasse, très agaçant, voire insupportable! C’est le gros point faible de cet appartement.
