Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the terrace. Small sleeping alcove 3 m2 with rooflight with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: (exterior staircase), 1 room with Dressing room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC. Large terrace 20 m2, south facing position and, east facing position. Terrace furniture. View of the sea. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: TV only FR. Smoke alarm. An entry badge (€50) and a deposit (€20) must be paid to the estate caretaker upon arrival. Narrow motor access to 150 m from the house. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Public parking 150 m on the road. Shop 4 km, grocery 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 4 km, bus stop "Lavandou Gare Routière" 7 km, shingle beach "Gaout Bénat" 2.5 km. Tennis 2.5 km. Nearby attractions: Saint Tropez 44 km, Magic World 30 km, Parc Olbius Riquier 26 km, Le Jardin des Méditerranées 22 km. Hiking paths: Sentiers du Littoral. Please note: car recommended. Guarded residence. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Le Lavandou.

Location Description Cap Bénat

Residential estate, not open to the public, confined to the Bay of GAou with its beach and creeks over 5 km. Controlled, chargeable access (10 Euros/car/stay). Old medieval village of Bormes 5 km, centre of La Faviere 3 km. Quiet hamlet, on top of a hill, on a slope with beautiful view, 5 km from Bormes, 5 km from Le Lavandou, 3 km from La Favière.

Das Haus hat einen traumhaften Ausblick, aber es müsste dringend renoviert werden. Die Betten sind okay, bis auf die Schlafplätze in der Cabine. Dort ist kein Fenster und durch den Boiler im Raum ist es zum Schlafen sehr stickig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, mit reichlich Utensilien. Leider war es im Haus bei Ankunft sehr schmutzig und es hat überall sehr muffig gerochen. Zwei Häuser weiter war eine Baustelle die uns leider nicht zur Ruhe kommen ließ. Wir wurden morgens vom Baulärm geweckt. Interhome sagte, sie können dies nicht ändern. Diese Baustelle wird auch noch länger andauern, da dieses Haus komplett saniert wird. Das war für uns sehr ärgerlich und hat die Erholung massiv beeinträchtigt. Also, unbedingt vor Anmietung nach Baustellen im Umfeld fragen.

Wenn man dicke, fette, haarige, kriechende Raupen mag, ist man dort genau richtig. Die fallen ständig von der Bäume, kriechen überall an der Wände und Decken, so dass man draussen kaum sitzen kann. Eine haben wir mit nach Huse sogar gebracht-war in einem Koffer. Von der Agentur wurde versprochen jemanden zu schicken-wir haben niemanden gesehen. Vielleicht haben wir die Raupenzeit erwischt.Sonst gab es auch glänzende Käfer und Tausendfüssler. Natur, halt!Super Ausblick auf das Meer, den man nur von innen geniessen kann, alles andere-so là lá. Und das für viel Geld. Und ziemlich weit von allem. Sauber war es auch nicht. Sonst gab es dort alles-Geschirr, alle mögliche Geräte in der Küche, Waschmaschine (haben wir nicht benutzt, weil man nirgendwo danach die Wäsche aufhängen kann).Nochmal dort-auf keinen Fall!

Gite parfait, propre, idéalement situé et très fonctionnel! Le seul défaut que nous avons relevé concerne l'absence totale des éléments de première nécessité pour le cuisine de type sel, poivre, huile... Dommage car pour un cours séjour ce sont des élements contraignants à emporter.

La location mériterait clairement un rafraîchissement, mais l’équipement était complet (lave-linge, four, tous les ustensiles possibles). Point noir : la propreté de la cuisine (lampe cuisinière, placards..) et douche (bouchon cheveux). Sinon l’endroit est superbe, calme, la vue de la terrasse et la baie vitrée est magique. A 1.6km de la plage la plus proche (20min à pied)

Das Haus und die Terrasse waren sehr schön. Der Ausblick war ein Traum. Als wir ins Haus kamen sind wir vom müffigen Geruch erschlagen worden. Die Decken, einfach alles roch müffig. Unbedingt sauber war es auch nicht. Das Bad fand ich besonders unsauber. Ein anderes Haus, was nicht so riecht, würde ich jederzeit wieder mieten.

Le domaine où est situé la maison est un endroit très privilégié et calme avec accès à la plage qui est vraiment agréable. La maison dispose d’une terrasse parfaite en cas de forte chaleur car elle est ombragée et de belle superficie avec une vue splendide. La maison quant à elle est très agréable pour 3 personnes mais les équipements sont malgré tout un peu vétustes. En cas de forte chaleur, il est très difficile de faire des courants d’air.

Tolles Häuschen mit schöner Terrasse und Meerblick. Das Interieur und Mobiliar ist zwar nicht top gepflegt, aber der Blick und die Umgebung entschädigen dafür. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Abfluss in der Küche. Dies wurde nach Rücksprache umgehend behoben. Die anderen Kleinigkeiten haben jetzt nicht direkt gestört, wären aber sehr einfach zu beheben...

La vue et le calme sont là mais l'appartement doit être rafraîchi (peintures, sols, équipements) et nous a été livré nettoyé de manière très sommaire (poussière partout, vitres sales). Nous avons dû dépoussiérer tous les dessus de meubles et nettoyer les sols.

alles ok en proper gevonden. prima verblijf, gezellig en prachtig zicht. Vriendelijke ontvangst door interhome in Le Lavandou. 1 OPMERKING: moeilijk te bereiken met de wagen om in en uit te laden ivm bagage, grote boodschappen, want de auto kon moeilijk tot aan het huisje om in en uit te laden. het straatje was nogal smal ... (voor oudere personen misschien minder aan te raden)

Force est de se poser la question de savoir pourquoi passer par InteHome si aucun service n’est proposé par rapport à une location en direct ou un Airbnb ? La maison est agréable sans aucun doute, la vue magnifique et le domaine un havre de paix. Néanmoins, la maison mériterait un gros coup de rangement et surtout de propre. Le ménage effectué par InterHome est très succinct. Un coup de balai vite fait et du désodorisant. Salles de bain, wc, sols des chambres, placards de cuisine...très sales.
