Nowy budynek , czysty , ładny , dobrze wyposażony apartament z niesamowitym balkonem . Jedynym minusem jest budowa budynku vis a vis apartamentu . Garaż długi , ale dość wąski , z trudnym parkowaniem . Bez problemu z miejscem na rowery w garażu .

Les photos ne sont pas mensongères. Il est bien. L'accueil n'est pas parfait, il faut aller à l'agence chercher les clés. Aucun accompagnement et état des lieux ne sont effectués. D'où beaucoup de problèmes découverts lors de l'arrivée dans l'appartement : - TV et Wifi débranchées. - TV mal réglée, d'où intervention d'un technicien d' SFR au bout d'1 semaine. Travaux de construction d'un immeuble devant, aussi BRUITS INFERNAUX & POUSSIERES dès 7 h du Matin !!! donc QUALITE /PRIX TROP CHER.

Mooi appartement maar voor ons appartement werd een gebouw gesloopt. Begon om 07:00 uur en dat is niet fijn. Geen WiFi en daardoor geen tv kunnen kijken. Station op loopafstand 5 min en zee ook.

Très bel appartement - mobilier de qualité - un peu trop luxueux et fragile pour une location - petit bémol le garage pas facile de se garer avec un suv - Jolie vue sur mer très grand balcon ( avant la future construction d'un immeuble qui bouchera la vue) c'est dommage..
