Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace 6 m2. 2-family house "Rue de la Pompe", 2 storeys. In the centre of Antibes, in a central position, 500 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach. Public parking 500 m. Shop 200 m, restaurant, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Antibes" 1.3 km, sandy beach 500 m. Sports harbour 500 m. Nearby attractions: Marché Provençal 100 m, Les Remparts 100 m. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency INTERHOME in CANNES, 10 km.

Location Description Antibes

Well-known, medieval bathing resort with 78'000 inhabitants, 20 km from Nice, 10 km from Cagnes sur Mer, 12 km from Cannes. In the resort: supermarket, shops, grocery, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, museum, cinema, attractions. Glacier, indoor aquatic centre. Besides: pharmacy. Sights Musée Picasso, Musée Peynet et du Dessin humouristique, Marineland, Wellness park Thalazur: Thalasso,Spa & balnéothérapie, Cultural events Festival Jazz à Juan, Antibes Yatch Show, Festival Pyromélodique, leisure park. In general, arrivals and key collection are from the Interhome office in Cannes( 10 km).

The accommodation was clean and spacious and in a super location. However, we were using public transport and had to travel to Cannes from Noce airport to pick up and drop off the keys. After some negotiation it was agreed that we did not have to return the keys to Cannes!

Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig. Soweit alles sauber, nur die Dusche bräuchte mal Pflege, neu Verfugung z.B. Auf der "Terrasse" hat man null Aussicht war aber schon klar, Vorteil nahe kein Wind kein spüren :-) Lage Perfekt mitten in der Stadt. Ankunft unbedingt vor 17:00 Uhr, ab dann keine Zufahrt möglich. Parken schwierig, kostenloser Park/Ride platz ca. 1.3Km entfernt.

Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte und ruhige Lage innerhalb der Altstadt von Antibes. Sie ist geräumig geschnitten und hat eine (leider von 4 Seiten von Mauern umgeben) kleine Terrasse. Sie ist aber etwas "in die Jahre" gekommen und die Matratzen könnten gerne mal ausgetauscht werden. Die Ausstattung war einfach, aber ausreichend. Der große Nachteil ist, dass der Schlüssel in Cannes abgeholt werden und auch (zusammen mit der kompletten Schmutzwäsche) dort hin zurück gebracht werden muss. Kein Wlan!

Die Lage der Wohnung fanden wir sehr interessant-Altstadt,nah am Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Schwierig war es jedoch ohne Parkplatz in der Nähe..Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geräumig.Die Toilette ist zwar separat aber ohne Fenster oder Belüftung.Schlüsselübergabe und Abholung ist Zeit und-Kraftraubend.

Schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung in guter Lage. Der Ort ist toll, unglaublich schön und vielfältig, die Wohnung liegt wirklich gut. Was fehlte: Deutsches Fernsehen (haben wir aber nicht vermisst), Klimatisierung oder zumindest Ventilatoren, eine Anfahrtmöglichkeit zum Be- und Entladen (Fußweg zum Parkhaus ca. 15 min.), im Idealfall eine Parkmöglichkeit - wir sind mit dem eigenen PKW angereist und haben für 2 Wochen Parkhaus rd 140,00 EUR bezahlt. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub, eine tolle Wohnung, alles super.

My husband I first rented this apartment in 1998- and we have been renting it annually ever since!! The location is perfect and it feels like you are a local amongst the people in the village. My husband passed in 2020 and my daughter and I went back this summer and will keep up the tradition. I highly recommend it!

Die Lage von der Ferien Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Anstand zum Strand Restaurants und Einkaufmöglichkeiten war sehr odeal. Die Wohnung an sich war auch sehr bequem und angenehm. Für eine Familie mit Kleinkinder sehr gut geeignet.
