Exit to the terrace, south facing position. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Large terrace 50 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars). Private: property 500 m2, well-kept garden 55 m2 with wildlife garden and flowers. Pergola (15 m2), parking on the premises. Shop, restaurant, bakery 900 m, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Saint-Raphaël Valescure" 12 km, sandy beach "Agay" 1.6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 9 km. Nearby attractions: Dramont 3 km, Fréjus 13 km, Cannes 30 km, Saint-Tropez 50 km, Gorges du Verdon 90 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Sainte-Croix 90 km. Hiking paths: Estérel 3 km, Sentier du Littoral 500 m. Please note: car recommended. Groups of teenagers on request only. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Port Fréjus.

Sights Musée Archéologique 50 m, Basilique Notre-Dame 50 m, Zoo Fréjus 5 km, nature reserve. Access: motorway A8, exit number 38 "Fréjus/Saint-Raphaël". Railway station in the resort.

Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage mit einem sehr schönen Blick auf die Bucht. Die große Terrasse mit großem Tisch und den Outdoormöbeln kann man gut nutzen. Die Einrichtung ist überwiegend modern, die Küche ist mit allen nötigen Geräten und Geschirr ausgestattet. Der Flur mit Zugang zu den Bädern und Schlafzimmern ist sehr eng und dunkel. Das zweite Bad mit Zugang direkt von einem der drei Schlafzimmer, abgetrennt durch einen Vorhang, ist mit knapp 2 Quadratmetern äußerst minimalistisch und verfügt über eine enge Dusche und einem Waschbecken. problematisch ist die Auffahrt von der Straße zum haus hoch. Sie ist sehr steil, eng und kurvig. Sogar mit Allrad kommt man nur schlecht hinauf. Oben angekommen kann man das Auto nur mühsam mit mehrmaligem Rangieren umdrehen, was zwangsläufig nötig ist, um wieder hinunterfahren zu können. Das WLAN war stabil. Beruhigend ist, das das Haus in einer mit einer Schranke gesicherten Domaine liegt, die man nur mit einem gesonderten Code öffnen kann. Der Preis war für Mitte bis Ende September allerdings noch recht hoch.

De woning lag op een helling wat al nauwelijks te voet te doen was maar met een bus/auto al helemaal niet. De helling op gaan met boodschappen & bagage was een ware nachtmerrie. Stoelen waren kapot, trap die naar boven leidt was niet af & plastic overal in de tuin.

Access to the house is via a steep private slope, so we recommend parking vehicles at the bottom. This detail has been included in the property description. Due to the presence of wild boars in the area, trash cans have been secured to prevent disturbances. Guests are kindly requested to only use the residence's trash cans to help avoid issues and ensure proper disposal. The broken chair has been removed. The property is equipped with enough deckchairs and elegant garden furniture for your enjoyment.
