Kitchenette (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace 15 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Cosy resort "La Pinède". 6 houses in the residence. 2 km from the centre of Sagone, 36 km from the centre of Ajaccio, 141 km from the centre of Bastia, in the residential district, 400 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property 2'300 m2 with trees, meadow. In the complex: washing machine (for shared use, extra). Bread roll service. Parking. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop 8.5 km, sandy beach 400 m. Location Description Sagone

Fishing village with 800 inhabitants, directly by the sea, 36 km north from Ajaccio, 44 km south from Porto, 104 km south-west from Corte. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, cinema. The bathing resort of Sagone is dependent on the municipality of Vico. Sightseeing: Village of Vico with fortifications, 490 m above sea level.

Summer

Sandy beach. Bathing bay, 7 km from the resort. Diving, sailing. Riding. Hiking paths, mountain hikes. Tiuccia is 7 km away, nestled between bays and surrounded by the rocky cape. Sea trips on the Gulf of Porto, steep cliffs at Piana, Scandola reserve. Hiking around Sagone.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans un appartement propre et très spacieux pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, proche du littoral, place de parking, endroit paisible et calme. Un grand merci à Delphine et son époux, des gens d'une rare gentillesse et très disponibles. Un accueil a souligné particulièrement. Merci encore pour ce petit apéro bien convivial après, hélas, ce terrible orage qui n'a pas été sans conséquence sur la Corse. Très sympa, allez-y vraiment. Yannick

Difficile trovare di meglio, casa perfetta, ben tenuta e accessoriata in modo completo, ideale per famiglie con bambini. Posizione tranquillissima vicina al mare, si può andare a piedi, e ideale per visitare i tanti bellissimi luoghi della Corsica. Disponibilità e cortesia inappuntabili dei proprietari. Assolutamente consigliabile.

Très bien, propriétaire très agréable. Dommage que nous n’avions pas la climatisation et la piscine. Mais autrement rien à redire. Livraison pain plus viennoiseries si besoin. Plage à proximité.

Propre, bien équipée, nous avons beaucoup aimé la maisonnette ainsi que la terrasse privative avec lits bain de soleil et barbecue. La personne qui nous accueille est très sympathique. Cerise sur le gâteau, service livraison de viennoiseries et pains à votre porte. La mer est à quelques petites minutes à pied. Vraiment très bien

Gute Unterkunft mit guter Lage für Ausflüge im Westen. Netter kindgerechter Sandstrand zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Keine Klimaanlage, keine W-Lan und ein defekter Sonnenschirm. Ansonsten alles was man braucht.

Im Sommer ist die Wohnung sehr warm und man kann abends die Wohnung nicht lüften bzw.. kein Licht anmachen, weil keine Mückennetze (außer im Bad) vorhanden sind. Ansonsten prima Wohnung, waren zum 4. Mal dort.
