Upper floor: gallery with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 2 small terraces. Terrace furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking at the house. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. The house is higher than the road level. Access to the house is via a few steps. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Location Description Royan

Family-friendly bathing resort with 5'100 inhabitants, 5 km south from Royan, 15 km south from St Palais sur mer, 82 km south from La Rochelle. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Royan is at the mouth of the estuary of the Gironde, in the Poitou- Charentes part. This is the largest estuary in Europe. The station is located opposite the Pointe de Grave and Medoc, location and land of famous wines such as Médoc, Haut-Médoc, Saint-Estèphe, Saint-Julien, Listrac, Moulis, Margaux and many others...At only 65 km from Cognac, eponyme of the world famous "eau-de -vie". Including the area aperitif Pineau des Charentes .

Sandy beach. Sports harbour. Diving, sailing, surfing, sailing school, water skiing. Tennis, squash, golf course. Riding. Hiking paths. Mountain bike routes. Main market in Royan. manque de confort, manque de place, le coin cuisine très médiocre, plaque au gaz sans allume gaz dans la location puis plaque qui ne fonctionne pas, le lit inconfortable, manque de place pour rangement, le carrelage de la terrasse n'est pas droit, aucun rangement dans la salle de bain, pour poser nos affaires ont a du les mettre sur le couvercle des toilettes, rideaux de douche trop petit donc l'eau coule en dehors de la douche.

Location bien situé. Proximité de la plage et du u express. Cependant pour accéder à la location il faut monter 4 marches. Sinon location bien équipée et suffisante pour 4 personnes avec un chien.

rideau de douche pas pratique porte ne ferme pas de la douche ,wc placard a du mal a ouvrir sous le four manque un lave linge....

L'équipement électro ménager est très insufisant juste une cafetière électrique, :pas de bouilloire électrique de grille pain, de sèche cheveux... Pas de lave linge. Pas de mitigeur pour l'évier et le lavabo. Un espace dans la salle d'eau très réduit. Une chambre sous comble qui ne permet pas à une personne de taille 1m80 d'accéder partout sans baisser la tête.
