Open gallery with 1 sofabed (120 cm, length 190 cm). Terrace 17 m2, north-east facing position. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Garage space n 20.11B. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Location Description Royan

Family-friendly bathing resort with 5'100 inhabitants, 5 km south from Royan, 15 km south from St Palais sur mer, 82 km south from La Rochelle. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Royan is at the mouth of the estuary of the Gironde, in the Poitou- Charentes part. This is the largest estuary in Europe. The station is located opposite the Pointe de Grave and Medoc, location and land of famous wines such as Médoc, Haut-Médoc, Saint-Estèphe, Saint-Julien, Listrac, Moulis, Margaux and many others...At only 65 km from Cognac, eponyme of the world famous "eau-de -vie". Including the area aperitif Pineau des Charentes .

Sandy beach. Sports harbour. Diving, sailing, surfing, sailing school, water skiing. Tennis, squash, golf course. Riding. Hiking paths. Mountain bike routes. Main market in Royan. Cruises between the islands of Oleron, Re, Aix. The huge 400 ha La Coubre forest is located in the north, it stretches from St Palais to La Tremblade.

Das Haus mit 37m2 ist unserer Meinung für 2 Erwachsende + max 2 kleinen Kindern gerade so ausreichend. Die Küchen-Ausstattung ist auf billig gehalten (abgesehen von der Nespressomaschine), es sollte darauf geachtet werden bei Weitervermietung, das alles auch verwendbar ist und nicht krumm (Pfanne) im Schrank liegt. Vom Vorgänger ware noch alte Wasserflaschen im Herd. Aber die Nähe des Strandes und die Erreichbarkeit der Einrichtungern hat es ausgeglichen und der Urlaub war sehr erholsam.

Dommage que la maison soit un peu petite, l'escalier étant un peu raide ma femme est restée au rez de chaussée. De toute façon la télé en haut ne marchait pas. Terrasse agréable, proximité de la plage très appréciable.

Maison très confortable, conforme à l'annonce, parfaitement aménagée et idéalement située. Nous étions 2 adultes et deux enfants. Le lit sur le pallier convient bien a un enfant. L'environnement est très calme. Acces a la piscine et plage a quelques mètres. Nous recommandons.

Logement spacieux mais un manque de vaisselle comme essoreuse à salade, grande poêle et casserole pas normal pour une location pour 5 personnes. Une literie en mezzanine qui est dans un état déplorable !
