Upper floor: gallery with sloping ceilings with rooflight with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Garden 30 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, mosquito net, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking at the house. Please note: smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Location Description Royan

Family-friendly bathing resort with 5'100 inhabitants, 5 km south from Royan, 15 km south from St Palais sur mer, 82 km south from La Rochelle. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Royan is at the mouth of the estuary of the Gironde, in the Poitou- Charentes part. This is the largest estuary in Europe. The station is located opposite the Pointe de Grave and Medoc, location and land of famous wines such as Médoc, Haut-Médoc, Saint-Estèphe, Saint-Julien, Listrac, Moulis, Margaux and many others...At only 65 km from Cognac, eponyme of the world famous "eau-de -vie". Including the area aperitif Pineau des Charentes .

Sandy beach. Sports harbour. Diving, sailing, surfing, sailing school, water skiing. Tennis, squash, golf course. Riding. Hiking paths. Mountain bike routes. Main market in Royan. Cruises between the islands of Oleron, Re, Aix. The huge 400 ha La Coubre forest is located in the north, it stretches from St Palais to La Tremblade.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Le logement a tout le matériel nécessaire. En revanche la chasse d’eau met un temps infini à se remplir et j’avais pris également ce logement pour la piscine, très déçu qu’elle soit déjà fermée alors qu’on a eu des beaux jours et eu n’étais pas au courant de cette fermeture.

Merci beaucoup pour votre avis. La piscine est disponible du 1er juillet au 31 août, comme indiqué dans notre description, ce qui ne correspond hélas pas aux dates de votre séjour. Nous n'avons constaté aucun défaut concernant la chasse d'eau lors de notre dernière inspection et nous sommes navrés si jamais vous avez rencontré un problème d'ordre temporaire. Sachez que, dans un tel cas, vous pouvez solliciter notre assistance durant votre séjour. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez passé d’agréables vacances dans l'ensemble et que nous aurons le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau dans l’un de nos logements.

Logement très bien situé, à quelques pas de la plage de Pontaillac. Petit jardin très agréable, très pratique donnant sur le jardin et proche de la piscine. Logement bien équipé, très propre. Lavabo dans la mezzanine très appréciable. Toutefois attention à l'escalier un peu dangereux pour de jeunes enfants ou des personnes moins alertes. Nous espérons pouvoir relouer ce logement pour nos prochaines vacances à Pontaillac.
