Location Description Royan

Family-friendly bathing resort with 5'100 inhabitants, 5 km south from Royan, 15 km south from St Palais sur mer, 82 km south from La Rochelle. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Royan is at the mouth of the estuary of the Gironde, in the Poitou- Charentes part. This is the largest estuary in Europe. The station is located opposite the Pointe de Grave and Medoc, location and land of famous wines such as Médoc, Haut-Médoc, Saint-Estèphe, Saint-Julien, Listrac, Moulis, Margaux and many others...At only 65 km from Cognac, eponyme of the world famous "eau-de -vie". Including the area aperitif Pineau des Charentes .

Apt lumineux , bien équipé , spacieux et confortable avec une bell vue sur la mer et proche des plages . On y retournerait volontiers . Un problème tout de même : la serrure de la porte d'entrée fonctionne mal à moins que le problème vienne de la clé ?

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement, belle vue et bien équipe. Internet & télévision ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée. Difficile de joindre la personne d'Interhome et de la voir dans son bureau. Nous avons eu une solution de rechange avec une box accès internet limité. Par contre, le problème n'a pas été résolu, donc pas de télévision et aucun retour/suivit à ce sujet durant notre séjour

Situation géographique de l'appartement très agréable, résidence propre et sécurisé. Appartement confortable pour maxi 4 adultes, propre et fonctionnel, petit bémol vaisselle et certains appareils électro vieillissants. Extérieurs résidence en cours de mise aux normes donc parfois un peu bruyant en semaine à partir de 9 h 00, mais avis général très positif.
