Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Location Description Royan

Family-friendly bathing resort with 5'100 inhabitants, 5 km south from Royan, 15 km south from St Palais sur mer, 82 km south from La Rochelle. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Royan is at the mouth of the estuary of the Gironde, in the Poitou- Charentes part. This is the largest estuary in Europe. The station is located opposite the Pointe de Grave and Medoc, location and land of famous wines such as Médoc, Haut-Médoc, Saint-Estèphe, Saint-Julien, Listrac, Moulis, Margaux and many others...At only 65 km from Cognac, eponyme of the world famous "eau-de -vie". Including the area aperitif Pineau des Charentes .

Sandy beach. Sports harbour. Diving, sailing, surfing, sailing school, water skiing. Tennis, squash, golf course. Riding. Hiking paths. Mountain bike routes. Main market in Royan. Cruises between the islands of Oleron, Re, Aix. The huge 400 ha La Coubre forest is located in the north, it stretches from St Palais to La Tremblade.

Le séjour c'est très bien passé. L'appartement est assez grand pour 4 avec un très grand balcon couvert pour prendre les repas. Malheureusement le moins de cette location fut le lit 2 places qui est hors d'usage, impossible d'y dormir à 2 adultes. Le menage était bien fait mais certaines choses étaient sale (table extérieur nappe) surtout que nous sommes arrivé en même temps que les femmes de ménage et avons du attendre 45 minutes. Les affaires des proprietaires prennent beaucoup de place.

Merci pour votre retour. Le propriétaire a remplacé le matelas. Le balcon a été nettoyé, la nappe enlevée et il n'y a plus trop d'effets personnels. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez passé un bon séjour dans l’ensemble malgré ces désagréments pour lesquels nous nous excusons et nous espérons avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau lors de vos prochaines vacances.

On s'est demandé si le me âge avait réellement été fait à l'arrivée, vu tout ce qu'on a trouvé sous le canap, dans chambre et sous lits de la mezzanine... Et la literie de la chambre principale ne nous a pas permis de nous reposer.. Sinon l'appart en soi est très bien situé, il y 1 juste ce qu'il faut en équipements ménagères, la piscine et la résidence sont nickels, plus poisitf que l'inverse, mais déçue quand meme
