Location Description Royan

Family-friendly bathing resort with 5'100 inhabitants, 5 km south from Royan, 15 km south from St Palais sur mer, 82 km south from La Rochelle. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Royan is at the mouth of the estuary of the Gironde, in the Poitou- Charentes part. This is the largest estuary in Europe. The station is located opposite the Pointe de Grave and Medoc, location and land of famous wines such as Médoc, Haut-Médoc, Saint-Estèphe, Saint-Julien, Listrac, Moulis, Margaux and many others...At only 65 km from Cognac, eponyme of the world famous "eau-de -vie". Including the area aperitif Pineau des Charentes .

Sandy beach. Sports harbour. Diving, sailing, surfing, sailing school, water skiing. Tennis, squash, golf course. Riding. Hiking paths. Mountain bike routes. Main market in Royan. Cruises between the islands of Oleron, Re, Aix. The huge 400 ha La Coubre forest is located in the north, it stretches from St Palais to La Tremblade.

Cela fait 3 années que nous louons cet appartement. Il est spacieux, propre, très bien équipé. La douche a été refaite cette année et le lave-vaisselle a été changé pendant notre séjour. Son accès est sécurisé par un digicode et on y accède grâce à un ascensseur. Il est prêt de la plage et la piscine est accessible en journée. Nous comptons d'ailleurs le louer encore l'année prochaine.

L'appartement correspondait à la description. Les atouts : spacieux, propre, très bien équipé, très bien situé (proche arrêt de bus, commerces et plage), calme, stationnement très facile et gratuit autour de la résidence. A améliorer : Décoration un peu datée (mais ce n'est vraiment pas important) 2 ou 3 choses à changer comme des chaises un peu bancales et le mousseur de l'évier de la cuisine Très bon rapport qualité-prix Correspondait bien à notre recherche.

Résidence très calme, très propre. Elle est située près de la mer. L'appartement était tel que présenté dans l'annonce. Très bien équipé, propre. Ça faisait la troisième fois qu'on louait dans cette résidence et la deuxième fois cet appartement. Le séjour a été très agréable

2 énormes canapés dans un petit salon, 6 chaises dont 3 dépareillées, 1 sèche linge cassé des oreillers inconfortables vue directe sur la terrasse des voisins vaisselle / couverts sales typique d'une location avec un bon emplacement dans laquelle aucun effort est fait puisque c'est loué !

En ce qui concerne le sèche-linge, il s’avère qu’il y avait une pièce défectueuse qui a eu pour conséquence que sa porte ne pouvait pas se fermer. Cependant, cette pièce a pu être commandée et installée. A présent, le sèche-linge fonctionne parfaitement. Nous vous remercions de vos commentaires.
