Location Description Royan

Family-friendly bathing resort with 5'100 inhabitants, 5 km south from Royan, 15 km south from St Palais sur mer, 82 km south from La Rochelle. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Royan is at the mouth of the estuary of the Gironde, in the Poitou- Charentes part. This is the largest estuary in Europe. The station is located opposite the Pointe de Grave and Medoc, location and land of famous wines such as Médoc, Haut-Médoc, Saint-Estèphe, Saint-Julien, Listrac, Moulis, Margaux and many others...At only 65 km from Cognac, eponyme of the world famous "eau-de -vie". Including the area aperitif Pineau des Charentes .

Sandy beach. Sports harbour. Diving, sailing, surfing, sailing school, water skiing. Tennis, squash, golf course. Riding. Hiking paths. Mountain bike routes. Main market in Royan. Cruises between the islands of Oleron, Re, Aix. The huge 400 ha La Coubre forest is located in the north, it stretches from St Palais to La Tremblade.

Appartement très bien situé, mais avec garage inaccessible et des difficultés pour trouver une place dans la rue au mois d’août pour se garer. Les matelas sont à changer. Les clés de l appartement sont à aller chercher et rapporter à plus de 10km.

Cela vaut notamment pour le ménage, pour lequel nous pouvons demander à l'équipe de nettoyage d'intervenir à nouveau. Nous constatons dans notre système que le flexible a été remplacé le jour même où vous l'avez signalé. Concernant les joints de la salle de bain, ils sont nettoyés régulièrement mais seront entièrement refaits à la fin de la saison. Nous sommes désolés pour la gêne occasionnée et espérons que nous aurons le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau.

Un logement pas récent et pas très bien isolé, mais correct et propre, très bien situé, dans un secteur calme. Difficile de manger à 4 sur le balcon pas très large. Nous étions 3, c'était très bien. Le parking souterrain n'est pas utilisable. Prévoir de se garer dans la rue.

Appartement destiné uniquement à la location .il y aurait lieu de faire un bon rafraîchissement et notamment la cuisine il manque côté ustensiles pas mal de chose exemple épluché légumes.essoreuse à salade poêle de mauvaise qualité. Vaisselle dépareillée.malgre cela point positif résidence calme et bien arboré et proximité de la plage pratique avec de jeunes enfants ainsi que le marché.
