Location Description Royan

Family-friendly bathing resort with 5'100 inhabitants, 5 km south from Royan, 15 km south from St Palais sur mer, 82 km south from La Rochelle. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Royan is at the mouth of the estuary of the Gironde, in the Poitou- Charentes part. This is the largest estuary in Europe. The station is located opposite the Pointe de Grave and Medoc, location and land of famous wines such as Médoc, Haut-Médoc, Saint-Estèphe, Saint-Julien, Listrac, Moulis, Margaux and many others...At only 65 km from Cognac, eponyme of the world famous "eau-de -vie". Including the area aperitif Pineau des Charentes .

Un bel appartement agréable Bien situé Bien meublé excepté un canapé très dur et inconfortable pour se poser Manque de vaisselle plus sympathique que du premier prix c’est dommage Une climatisation serait un plus car très chaud en étage Dommage que le toilette du haut ne soit pas fonctionnel Nous étions deux mais à 4 où 6 delà semble trop petit GROS BÉMOL sur le ménage

Le garage est trop petit pour gare ma voiture surtout en marche arrière. Il est situé dans un coin avec un muret donc inaccessible ! J'ai d'ailleurs abimé ma voiture sur un côté et vais devoir voir un carrossier. Heureusement, le Président du syndicat des propriétaires m'a prêté une place de parking extérieur. Vacances stressantes. Dommage. Emplacement idéal près des commerces etc... Aussi pas de chambre au même niveau que salle à manger, cuisine, salon.

Points positifs : très bon emplacement proche mer et commerce, propreté du logement. Points négatifs : Difficulté pour avoir de l'eau chaude en permanence, distance du lieu de remise des clés aucun état des lieux contractuel à l'arrivée et au départ, chaises salon en mauvais état, absence de WC au 1er étage, garage difficilement accessible pour une voiture moyenne.

Idéalement bien placé commerce plage et animation à proximité. Par contre je confirme que le garage est vraiment petit et assez difficile pour y rentrer je doute qu’une voiture type SUV puisse y rentrer. Une place de parking extérieur serait plus appropriée.

L’appartement était comme d’habitude très agréable et les petits accessoires manquants et mentionnés lors de notre dernier séjour avaient été installés ! Un très grand merci !!! Un second ventilateur serait le bienvenu pour chacune des chambres :)… je tente, on ne sait jamais pour la prochaine fois ! Merci encore

Nous avons passé trois jours très agréables dans ce duplex bien aménagé et très lumineux. Le seul point négatif est un garage trop petit ,impossible d'y mettre une voiture normale et dans la rue très difficile de se garer

Rapport qualité prix discutable: Location très bien située;confortable, très propre, mais ce n'est pas du luxe. Nous n'avons pu nous servir du garage très difficile d'accès. Ustensiles de cuisine limités/ Manque de cuvettes plastic, trépieds, plats.... Bon séjour quand même.
