Small garden 70 m2, south facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 12. Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Location Description Royan

Family-friendly bathing resort with 5'100 inhabitants, 5 km south from Royan, 15 km south from St Palais sur mer, 82 km south from La Rochelle. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Royan is at the mouth of the estuary of the Gironde, in the Poitou- Charentes part. This is the largest estuary in Europe. The station is located opposite the Pointe de Grave and Medoc, location and land of famous wines such as Médoc, Haut-Médoc, Saint-Estèphe, Saint-Julien, Listrac, Moulis, Margaux and many others...At only 65 km from Cognac, eponyme of the world famous "eau-de -vie". Including the area aperitif Pineau des Charentes .

2eme fois que nous venons en famille dans cette location et toujours au top Maison moderne, très bien décorée et bien équipée. Le petit jardin est plaisant, ce qui nous a permis de manger dehors ! Environnement très calme.

Dieses Haus zählt mit zu den schönsten, die wir bei Interchaltet gemietet hatten. Geräumig, freundlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber, Küche bestens ausgestattet, W-LAN hat perfekt funktioniert, privater Parkplatz vor dem Haus; In ruhiger Wohnlage, Garten klein; Supermarkt und Bäcker in der Nähe. Ins Ortszentrum ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß; zum nächsten Strand ebenfalls ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg.

Dies war unser 2. Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus. Alles ist super bis auf das unbequeme Sofa und der Rasen im Garten. Das ist eher Unkraut und nicht schön gepflegt. Und der Sonnenschirm könnte größer sein bzw. sollte der Besitzer evtl. über eine Terassenüberdachung nachdenken.

La maison est très agréable, située dans un lotissement récent et calme, non loin du centre de Royan. Il y a un Super U à 2 minutes à pieds, de même une boulangerie, très pratique. Literie confortable, 2 sdd, appréciable également. L'espace extérieur, entièrement clôturé, est petit mais suffisant. Il doit être très agréable par beau temps. Nous avons été ravis de pouvoir emmener notre teckel dans cette location. Nous serions ravis d'y revenir en été. À recommander!

Das Ferienhaus war für unseren Sommerurlaub (3 Wochen) einfach super. Ausreichend Platz. Betten bequem. Genug Stauräume. Nur das Sofa ist viel zu klein und total unbequem. Minuspunkte gibt es für den nicht gut gepflegten Garten. Unkraut ca. 50 cm hoch. Außer der Terrasse konnten wir diesen deswegen nicht nutzen. Obwohl das Haus in einer Wohnsiedlung, dafür aber sehr zentral, liegt, war es sehr ruhig. Wir können das Haus einfach nur weiterempfehlen.

Damit sich die Gäste nicht gestört fühlen, werden während ihres Aufenthalts keine Gartenarbeiten durchgeführt - es sei denn, ein entsprechender Wunsch wird geäußert. Direkt nach Abreise wurde der Gärtner tätig.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette maison qui est moderne, très bien décorée, bien équipée et très propre. Avoir deux salles de bain est très pratique. Maison confortable, mais terrasse un peu petite. Le jardin est parfaitement clôturé, idéal pour animaux domestiques.

Vi lejede dette hus , som så dejligt ud . Da vi kom frem var huset beliggende på en byggeplads, der blev arbejdet med tunge maskiner klods op af haven. Billeder haves til dokumentation . Vi valgte med det samme uden at tage ophold i huset at henvende os til booking firmaet, de mente dog ikke det var deres fejl, men det var et andet booking firma, der ikke havde givet os information. Vi har ikke fået vores penge retur ej heller for rengøring, som jo eller må have været unødvendig.

Vi er igang med en klage sag, da boligen ligger på en byggeplads med tunge maskiner, som vi ikke var blevet orienteret om inden vi bookede, det fremgår ikke af hjemmesiden. Vi har slet ikke opholdt os i boligen vi vendte om og kontaktede booking firmaet her i Frankrig, som dog ikke mente det var deres skyld. Vi ikke fået vores penge retur heller ikke for rengøring som jo ellers ikke er nødvendig, da vi ikke har været i huset.
