Location Description Ile d'Oléron

L'Ile d'Oleron, 300 km long and 13 km wide, is the 2nd largest island in France. Well-known, family-friendly resort, 40 km from Rochefort, 65 km from La Rochelle, 40 km from Royan. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, museum, cinema. The island is reached from the mainland by car over a 3 km long viaduct. ,To visit: Fort Boyard, the Cite de l'Huitre and Fort Louvois, Hermione worksite in Rochefort sur Mer, La Rochelle aquarium, La Palmyre zoo, Royan world gardens all closeby. The famous Marais with birds and the Port des Salines on the Ile d'Oleron. Thalassotherapy situated in Saint Trojan Les Bains. 9 hole golf course, Par 36, slope 145 situated 8 km from Saint Pierre d'Oleron south of Boyardville. The La Cotiniere fishing harbour. Come and taste the Marennes-Oleron oysters.

Schöne Lage, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Punktabzug für fehlende Sonnenliegen, auch ein Sonnenschirm wäre wünschenswert. Matratzen der beiden Einzelbetten viel zu dünn und daher sehr unbequem.

Très lumineuse, bien équipée, propre, c'est une petite maison de famille simple et agréable, proche des plages et de la piste cyclable. Le patio est un vrai avantage pour profiter de l'extérieur par tous les temps. WiFi en bas débit, accro à la fibre s'abstenir! Seul bémol, signalé lors de notre départ : la literie mériterait d'être intégralement renouvelée. Le concierge a été très sympathique et arrangeant. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Sehr geräumiges und sauberes Haus mit bestens ausgestatteter Küche, Dusche/WC getrennt, 2 Schlafzimmer + Wohnzimmer, eigenem Garten, Grill.und kurzem Fußweg zum Meer. Nur die Internet-Bandbreite sollte erhöht werden.

La location est bien située, proche de la cotiniere et de plages familiales. Cependant, le ménage laisse à désirer, la literie avec des planches de bois agglomeré en guise de sommier pour les enfants était horrible pour eux et la connexion internet partagée avec la maison d'à côté était inexistante (autant dire qu'il n'y a pas d'Internet). La cuisine est bien équipée lave vaisselle four et micro onde. Le jardin n'était pas entrenu, l'herbe était haute et les haies pas taillées. Bref pr le prix

Location dite d'un confort "simple" mais très bien équipée. Rien ne manque pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Tout est en parfait état avec une jolie décoration pour les vacances. Jardin agréable. Le seul point faible est le débit de connexion du Wi-Fi qui malgré le routeur reste extrêmement faible.
