3-room apartment 65 m2 on 2 levels on 1st floor, west facing position. Beautiful and modern furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm), TV. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC. Air-conditioning. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 large room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Air-conditioning. Patio 30 m2, west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Mas "La maison d'Adélaïde". Outside the resort, 10 km from the centre of Saint Laurent d'Aigouze, 12 km from the sea. For shared use: property 1 ha. Garden furniture. Private: swimming pool kidney shaped (20 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase and alarm system. Parking on the premises. Shop 6 km, supermarket 6 km, railway station 6 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives in the same residence.

Location Description Saint Laurent d'Aigouze

In the heart of the Camargue, highest point on the Camargue run, village with 3'000 inhabitants 17 km from the sea, 9 km from Aigues Mortes, 17 km from Le Grau du Roi, 36 km from Nîmes. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Folklore evenings, attractions. To see: the Fort de Peccais, the Domaine Grand Corbiere and the Aigues Mortes salt flats. Bull fighting displays.

Canoeing. Riding. Hiking paths. Leisure park "Indiana River". Numerous paths for hiking and horseriding.

Gemütliche, sehr gut ausgestattete und ansprechende Wohnung. Eigentümer wohnen angrenzend, freundlich und sehr diskret. Pool war Anfang Oktober entgegen der Beschreibung nicht mehr im Betrieb. Der Garten könnte besser gepflegt sein. Sitzplatz direkt vor der Wohnung im ersten Stock ist klein aber schön mit tollem Blick auf die Weinfelder und Sonnenuntergang.

Die Austattung der Küche und der Wohnung sind sind grundsätzlich gut. Das Zimmer im OG verfügt aber über kein direktes Fenster nach außen und wirkt auch mit der Dachschräge sehr beengt. Die Wohnung wird mit Pool bis zum 31. Oktober beworben. Wir sind am 23. September angereist und konnten den Pool nicht mehr benutzen, da er stillgelegt war. Dabei war es in dieser Woche noch ca. 25-28 Grad warm. Die Betten und Einreichtungen waren sauber, der Boden aber teilweise klebrig und mit Hundehaaren.

unkomplizierte und tierliebende Gastgeberin Pro: Haus an ruhige Lage, klein und fein. Contra: Spaziermöglichkeiten mit Hund vor Ort im Sand etwas unangenehm.\nAber mit Auto in kürzester Zeit am Kanal schöne Spazierwege erreichbar.

Eigentlich hat es alles, was es braucht. Jedoch ist es ziemlich abgelegen, man braucht unbedingt ein Auto. Der Garten ist sehr schön. Allgemein könnte jedoch alles etwas gepflegter sein.

Waren mit 3 Kindern, Wohnung sehr sauber, Pool auch bei andauernder Hitze immer sauber (Wasser wird von Vermieterin aufgefüllt und Pool regelmäßig gepflegt), Klimaanlage sehr leistungsstark und zum Glück unaufdringlich. Hatten 2 erholsame Wochen hier. Treppe zum oberen (Kinder-) Zimmer ist sehr steil, war für unseren 4-jährigen aber kein Problem. Pool ist hinten im Garten, man muss durch die Garage der Vermieterin durch. War aber überhaupt kein Problem.

De voorzieningen in het huis(je) waren goed. De keuken efficiënt. Airconditioning prima. De gastvrouw was zeer hartelijk. Wat lastig is in dit huis is dat men woont op de eerste verdieping, om in de tuin en het zwembad te komen moet men naar buiten de trap af door een schuur. Als men dus met mooi weer buiten wil eten moet je alle spullen en het eten naar buiten dragen in een tas bijv. Het zwembad en de tuin behoeven enige renovatie.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour malgré le vent au début ! Mme Villa nous a très bien reçus , a été très à l'écoute de nos demandes . Nous avons pu malgré tout profiter de la piscine et les chiens du jardin ainsi que de balades autour du gite

Très agréable location, avec une propriétaire aux petits soins, discrète et agréable .... Appartement très fonctionnel, climatisé et rien ne manque ! A disposition, jardin, BBQ et piscine , le tout dans un cadre très authentique. Je recommande vivement cette location de vacances, surtout que les chiens sont acceptés, très important pour moi.

Für einen Familienurlaub mit zwei Teanager 13 und 15 in der Camargue ist die Ferienwohnung optimal gelegen. Unterkunft war frisch renoviert, sehr sauber, die Ausstattung ist top. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster, da in das Dach gebaut, aber mit einen Innenfenster in den Hauptraum. Der Garten und Pool müsste mehr gepflegt werden. Etwas Schade ist, dass die Wohnung keinen direkten Zugang in den Garten hat. Immer wieder
