Ich war bereits mehrmals in dieser Wohnung und war immer zufrieden. Jedoch war die Wohnung dieses Mal sehr schmutzig und schlecht gereinigt. Ich hatte in der Küche einen ganzen Haarbüschel beim Lavabo und der Boden war voller Sand. Wie immer gab es Kleinigkeiten die man verbessern könnte (kaputter Lichtschalter, das Bett ist hart wie ein Brett) aber ansonsten war ich zufrieden.

Die Wohnung ist älter, hat aber grosszügige Zimmer und ist toll gelegen. Die Betten sind bequem, für Nicht-Franzosen jedoch etwas zu schmal und kurz. Der Parkplatz ist total uneben und die Nummerierung macht keinen Sinn. Die Balkone sind toll und die seitliche Aussicht in den Garten und aufs Meer sehr schön.

Appartement vieillissant qui aurait bien besoin d'un rafraîchissement intérieur (peintures). A changer également la robinetterie toute "piquée". Les chaises du balcon sont inconfortables et usées. Cuisine manquant d'ustensiles pour cuisiner. Et une machine à café à capsules ne serait pas un luxe en 2023 ! Positif: 2 chambres spacieuses, jolie vue depuis le balcon, résidence calme et toute proche de la plage. Le parking sécurisé. Un peu cher toutefois pour les prestations proposées

Het appartement op zich heeft een goede indeling en is goed gelegen wat betreft afstand tot de zee. Wat betreft de inboedel: deze is wel aan vervanging toe. lattenbodems van de bedden en slaapzetels zijn vesleten. gebruiksaanwijzingen voor de toestellen is aan te raden.
